**What do you like best about Vouched?**

I like that Vouched has a clean dashboard and how responsive and informative our account manager is. We integrated most of the functionality of Vouched into our native environment, which is a win for us. The ability to step-up authenticate was a boon with our sponsor bank as well.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

I really wish that I could see all the 'jobs' for a specific human in one flow as opposed to having to look at each job separately. Or having an audit report to show all the steps taken for a specific applicant would be great. Currently to see each step of the authentication process (SSN, AML, ID, and Stepup) you have to search, click, screen print and repeat for each step. I want to be able to look up a human based on one job (or name/SSN) and get a report of all the jobs and the outcomes for BSA auditing and validation.

**What problems is Vouched solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vouched for onboarding customer identification to comply with KYC. It integrates step-up options like ID validation, fraud detection, and selfie pattern detection.

I like the efficiency Vouched offers, and the fact that their people are very helpful throughout the process. The onboarding process to get this product in line is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

I would say the false positive rates as it pertains to ID customers. But the most part is pretty good. But I think that could be improved upon. Also, in terms of IDing customers and picture quality, to better ID customers, that would help.

I like Vouched for its usability and how easy it is to integrate. The verification process completes in seconds, and the webhook sends updates immediately, making approvals instantaneous.

The error message handling, although workable, can be improved by better informing the user why verification failed.

**What do you like best about Vouched?**

Vouched has been amazing at providing our users an easy and quick way to complete ID verifications to help build trust on our platform between our hosts and guests. It has also been incredibly helpful in detecting fraudualent users and helping us prevent stolen or damaged goods due to fraud users. 

It is an extremely easy integration process and only took a short period of time to get started. They provide a portal to check all the jobs with granualr details that can all be called through the API to bring more granualrity to your customers and give them real time knowledge on what went wrong and how to resolve it. 

The customer support is also a stand out point for Vouched as they are always super fast to respond and look into issues with specific jobs or issues. we have hundreds and thousands of users going through Vouched every da,y and their reliability is what we count on to make our marketplace run smoothly

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

They have some limited capabilities in Canada and there have been times that the software has been more buggy or allowed preventable issues through when they shouldn't have, but they are alwys fast to respond, dive into the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

**What problems is Vouched solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Rvezy, trust and safery are at our core of the peer to peer rv rental marketplace and that is why we partnered with vouched to help automate identity verification and help maintain a safe product. 

Before integrating Vouched ID, we faced a number of trust and safety challenges that are common across peer-to-peer marketplaces:

- Fake or stolen identities being used to make high-value bookings.

- RV theft or damage stemming from unverifiable renters.

- Host distrust in accepting bookings from unknown individuals.

- Manual and inconsistent ID checks that slowed down operations and created friction in the customer experience.


These problems directly impacted platform integrity, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction, so implementing vouched changed that.

**What do you like best about Vouched?**

It's not a 100% fail safe but is a great tool when being used in any kind of online industry that monitors fraud. It's very user friendly for customers and is easy to navigate on the provider's side. It provides a great deal of information that allows the provider to question things they may not have initially questioned, which keeps them more diligent.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

The most common thing I see is people with Androids tend to have the most difficulty completing a Vouched report. Whether the program struggles to load in the browser or only works when sent via email instead of text. The system does go down on average 2-3 times per quarter, but their team is very quick to get the issue resolved and get the system back up.

**What problems is Vouched solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vouched is key when it comes to fraud prevention. We utilize almost all the features. It has allowed us to find information we would not previously be able to decipher and has played a significant role in minimizing company costs from fraud.

I really like how much the team communicates with us, generally most vendors don't help as much, but i've had a great experience with Vouched. I also set up the account at my last job, which I originally gave feedback about how communication was slower (about 1-2 years ago). Vouched has done an incredible job on improving communications with their clients.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

The portal can be a bit confusing at first. I do think the portal is a lot better than when I used it at my last job. It's just a lot of information and sometimes can be a difficult to understand.

This has significantly benefited us by streamlining our onboarding process, reducing manual review time, and helping us stay compliant with telehealth regulations. It allows us to focus more on patient care and less on administrative friction.

**What do you like best about Vouched?**

Ease of use. Using Vouched has allowed us to eliminate manual work for verification and provided a more accurate avenue for validation which removes human error.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

How often errors occur. Oftentimes there will be an image of a physical driver's license provided but Vouched will flag it as an e-screen. We also run into a lot of liveness skipped errors and are not sure how to reduce the frequency at which these errors occur.

**What problems is Vouched solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vouching is solving the problem of customers losing access to their accounts who need to be verified before being granted access to said account. The process used to be much more manual and archaic however, Vouched has allowed us to use technology instead of manual forms and reduces the risk of human error when verifying identity.

Vouched was able to bridge the gap when our online account opening process didn't include an easy way to capture identification. The team at Vouched is also very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

Cannot think of anything we disliked. The only reason we no longer use the service is because we changed our online account opening system and the new platform includes an ID verification method built into the workflow.

Our previous online account opening process did not include an easy way to capture applicant identification.

Performing identity verification on our users is a must in our company. Vouched has helped us to streamline our registration process, saving time and $. Not to mention that IDV helps reduce the risk of performing IDV ourselves. 

I can't speak to the ease of integration, but our lead developer who deals with the Vouched team has mentioned they are responsive. I agree with this - support ticket responses are helpful, professional, and timely. They also check in with us from time to time to see how we're doing - check-in meetings, sessions to provide an overview of their dashboard, etc. They seem to genuinely care about providing the best solution and service. They make continuous improvements to their app and API. 

I don't have experience with other IDV solutions, but for our company's needs, Vouched fits the bill. We have clients that are large and small organizations  so our IDV need volume fluctuates, but the experience has been smooth with them.

**What do you dislike about Vouched?**

The Vouched dashboard is a bit confusing, but we hear that they're coming up with a new and improved version soon. We're looking forward to this. Besides this point, I don't have much to say about what I dislike about Vouched. If we had different needs (say, a specialist to do live IDV sessions with our user), we could consider other solutions. But as I mentioned, Vouched fits our needs for the time being.

We have been using Vouched for several months now.  Programs works great just like they said it would.  They have answered questions promptly.  The program is straightforward to use.   Dan is great to work with.

I do wish that it would show they are finished with verification on the Candidate page.  In saying the just have to switch to Job page.  So, its not a major issue.

**What problems is Vouched solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do business with numerous out-of-state businesses so much of it is done through emails.  In the past, we had to trust we were talking to people who could sign contracts and used company credit cards.  Vouched system verifies the Driver's License, address, phone, email address, etc.  It is an extra safeguard in helping protect our investment.

It was very easy to get set up and start using. We practiced in house with many of our employees to understand how the process would work for our customers. It was very intuitive for the customers to navigate and the results were fed back to us almost immediatly. The customer support has been great when we had questions. I have recommended this product to others in the rental Industry.

The software is simple. It made training 20+ employees on the product a breeze. Whenever we've run into issues, the customer service is always quick to find a resolution.

We started with an initial account manager, but that's changed. I wasn't 100% sure who to reach out with issues, but once that was resolved things have been great. I would just email your clients and let them know who is taking over the account if things change.
