What do you like best about Vouched?

Vouched has been amazing at providing our users an easy and quick way to complete ID verifications to help build trust on our platform between our hosts and guests. It has also been incredibly helpful in detecting fraudualent users and helping us prevent stolen or damaged goods due to fraud users.

It is an extremely easy integration process and only took a short period of time to get started. They provide a portal to check all the jobs with granualr details that can all be called through the API to bring more granualrity to your customers and give them real time knowledge on what went wrong and how to resolve it.

The customer support is also a stand out point for Vouched as they are always super fast to respond and look into issues with specific jobs or issues. we have hundreds and thousands of users going through Vouched every da,y and their reliability is what we count on to make our marketplace run smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vouched?

They have some limited capabilities in Canada and there have been times that the software has been more buggy or allowed preventable issues through when they shouldn't have, but they are alwys fast to respond, dive into the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible. Integration was smooth and flexible. Whether through API, SDK, or browser, the setup process was straightforward, and their support team was incredibly responsive throughout onboarding. One of the biggest strengths of Vouched is its customizability—it adapts well to our industry-specific compliance requirements, and the team was open to working with us on custom flows.

We also appreciate how secure and unbiased the platform is. Since the system is 100% AI-powered, it eliminates human bias, which is crucial for maintaining fairness across a wide user base. What do you like best about Vouched?

It's not a 100% fail safe but is a great tool when being used in any kind of online industry that monitors fraud. It's very user friendly for customers and is easy to navigate on the provider's side. It provides a great deal of information that allows the provider to question things they may not have initially questioned, which keeps them more diligent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vouched?

The most common thing I see is people with Androids tend to have the most difficulty completing a Vouched report. Whether the program struggles to load in the browser or only works when sent via email instead of text. The system does go down on average 2-3 times per quarter, but their team is very quick to get the issue resolved and get the system back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vouched?

I really like how much the team communicates with us, generally most vendors don't help as much, but i've had a great experience with Vouched. I also set up the account at my last job, which I originally gave feedback about how communication was slower (about 1-2 years ago). What do you like best about Vouched?

Ease of use. Using Vouched has allowed us to eliminate manual work for verification and provided a more accurate avenue for validation which removes human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How often errors occur. Oftentimes there will be an image of a physical driver's license provided but Vouched will flag it as an e-screen.
