  ### 1. Great Partnership with the Alloy Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tory N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Alloy?**

Alloy understands our business and they understand us. They take the time to learn our goals and they structure solutions to help us get to where we need to be each year.

**What do you dislike about Alloy?**

We are focused on increasing our positioning within the major search engines and this process takes time. We understand that, but we would still like to see how we can continue to be first among searches in our space.

**Recommendations to others considering Alloy:**

Be open and honest with them. Focus on what you're trying to accomplish and test their understanding. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

**What problems is Alloy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alloy supports our marketing efforts from publications to promotions, interviews to branding, and everything in between. The help us get our name in the marketspace efficiently and effectively.

  ### 2. ARPR has been an important extension of our team, expertise and capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith H. | Vice President Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**Describe the project or task Alloy helped with:**

In 2 companies, I've used ARPR to manage storyline creation, media relations, social and SEO/SEM.

**What do you like best about Alloy?**

Quick studies: as an organization, they bring great expertise to the PR craft, content marketing and digital marketing. I was impressed with my team's focus on quickly learning about the market, media, and competitors for our specific business that is key to establishing the right voice and tactical mix.

Creative ideas: I came to rely on ARPR for really creative ideas and angles on stories, and how to execute those ideas in a comprehensive fashion.

Great media work: Really strong on outreach, relationship development and follow through. At a recent event, my ARPR team was tireless in corralling editors to bring them by our booth to meet with our leadership.

One stop shop: having PR, content and digital working harmoniously simplified organization of activities and led to strong performance in terms of overall visibility, page views and conversions.

Quality over time: Having worked with ARPR twice, and having gone through transitions of team members servicing our business, I've been impressed with their hiring and training. They seem to attract strong talent, and are purposeful about developing them.

**What do you dislike about Alloy?**

I don't really have anything to insert here.

**What problems is Alloy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In both companies where I have used ARPR, we were a small player in a hyper-competitive market being outspent on media and events 10 to 1. For us to build our brand and generate demand, we needed to find the right soft spots and attack with creativity and efficiency -- ARPR was a big part of this and helped us establish credibility in niche areas that we grew over time.

  ### 3. If you're a tech startup, use ARPR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

PR and Social for early-stage b2b SaaS Tech startups

**What do you like best about Alloy?**

I'm an early-stage CMO in the b2b saas tech startup world. There's a point in the growth of the company where you really need to start thinking of content and PR (just about after your happy with product positioning, and you're getting your demand-gen engine off the ground). I've been fortunate enough to work with ARPR multiple times over the years. The team there understands tech, funding, positioning, how to get the right influential tech reporter to pay attention to you, how to pitch the story, etc. In the early stages of a company when you're wearing so many hats, it's a breath of fresh air when you can hand off a critical function to a vendor and they know exactly what to do with it.

**What do you dislike about Alloy?**

They offer other services like demand generation and media training. I haven't used such services so I can't speak to those.

**What problems is Alloy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've had great success at promoting major rounds of funding. Most recently we received hundreds of hits from major publications, including a major write-up by WSJ and articles by Axios, TechCrunch and others. We also had ARPR manage our social media for the company and for the founders. In the startups where I've used ARPR, we've dramatically grown our followers and engagement in a short period of time.

  ### 4. ARPR - The Best in the Business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2022

**Describe the project or task Alloy helped with:**

ARPR helped us with a range of public relations, thought leadership, and crisis management projects. They are truly experts in the practice of modern PR. It's not just about press releases or media hits. They really bring a strategic and holistic program to the table.

**What do you like best about Alloy?**

The team at ARPR is super smart, collaborative, and a just great partner to work with. I really like that you get a lot of time and attention from senior team members, including the CEO. You can tell they really want their clients to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Alloy?**

Nothing. They have been a great partner.

**Recommendations to others considering Alloy:**

Make sure you are able to spend time working with the firm. Really help them understand your business. That's how you get the most value from the relationship.

**What problems is Alloy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ARPR helped us define our thought leadership strategy and content plan. They are really experts in this area. Since working with ARPR, we have leveraged our content strategy to effectively drive leads and win deals. As a result, we've grown our business over 50%.

  ### 5. Creative team with incredible ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aisling "Ash" B. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2022

**Describe the project or task Alloy helped with:**

My healthcare IT company worked with ARPR for three years - from start-up phase through acquisition - for media relations, content marketing, social media, and lead gen support. They were wonderful to work with, incredibly knowledgeable about the industry, and provided strong ROI through thought leadership and media placement. The team was very insightful about marrying industry trends with our own roadmap and helping us plan our promotions and marketing activities to maximize lead gen. They are extremely data-driven and deliver outstanding results. I appreciated their creativity to help make our solutions and customer stories stand out and also their teamwork. They were great resources for our marketing and leadership teams and were always available to bounce ideas off of or gather their insight as we were making strategic decisions. I cannot recommend them enough and they brought incredible value to our organization.

**What do you like best about Alloy?**

Talent and creativity. Our ARPR was a complete extension of our marketing communications department. They are experts in the field and added tremendous value to our organization. They brought us significant media attention and positioned our solutions, leadership, and customers well. They consistently went above and beyond our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Alloy?**

I'm sad our relationship came to an end when a new job opportunity took me to a company that isn't using ARPR. I would welcome the chance to work with them in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them.

**What problems is Alloy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to break through the HIT market and position ourselves - and our solutions - in a way that brought positive attention to them across the industry. We sought to spotlight our organization and the benefits that our products added to healthcare providers. We wanted to grow our social media channels and connect the dots across organizational communications. ARPR did all that and more. They earned the trust of our leadership and positioned our company well - supporting us as we moved from a fast-growing start-up through acquisition.
