I switched to VoIPstudio after Skype was discontinued and found the change over process to be easy and well supported. The iPhone app is what I mainly use and it works well, receives incoming calls overall without issue and can make calls from it no problem. On a handful of occasions I have had to contact support and they have been on hand to help me using the online chat as well as on the phone. Excellent tech and customer service.
