**What do you like best about Voiceoc?**

Voiceoc has robust features that fulfil all our needs. The team is very proactive and has been very flexible with us. They have worked as a true partner and made sure that we get value out of it. Voiceoc integration ecosystem is also very strong and that helped us make the system live for use quickly.

**What do you dislike about Voiceoc?**

Nothing as such. Their team has been very proactive and supportive.

**What problems is Voiceoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run healthcare facilities in multiple countries and within each country we have multiple centres. For us, it was very important to provide a seamless experience to all the patients 24x7. The call volume was great and we could see high patient wait time, especially during the day. For us, delivering a good experience to patients is of paramount importance. Voiceoc provided their conversational AI assistant that could handle all our patient queries around appointment booking, rescheduling appointments, accessing medical reports, queries etc. Voiceoc system was integrated with our HIS system that helped us significantly in handling loads of patient queries simultaneously.

**What do you like best about Voiceoc?**

The best part about Voiceoc is the team. Right from the founders to the support team, everyone is willing to out of their way to help us at anytime of the day or night. They understand the importance and nuances of a healthcare services organization which reflects in the ethos of Voiceoc and the  product that has been developed. We have been searching for AI solutions that can drive leads, enable appointments and provide service to our patients and Voiceoc has been the most relevant solution we have come across. The fact that it is easily able to integrate with our backend systems was a great experience and saved us time during the go live.

**What do you dislike about Voiceoc?**

The only point I can think is that the team could be more open to feedback and more proactive in terms of implementing client requirements and features.

**What problems is Voiceoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, patient experience is of utmost importance. Our call volume is huge and comprises of calls for appointments, rescheduling, checking medical records and various other service requests. Additionally, we noticed that patients had significant wait time while connecting with our contact centre, negatively impacting patient experience. Voiceoc has been able to reduce patient waiting times and call traffic thereby enabling us to provide quick service to patients and a seamless digital experience.

**What do you like best about Voiceoc?**

We evaluated multiple bots and Voiceoc systems stood out the best. They have been working
with some really major healthcare enterprises globally and understand the healthcare sector
very well. They have great integration capabilities and their team has been very supportive &
flexible with us.

**What do you dislike about Voiceoc?**

Nothing as such. Everything was excellent

Voiceoc system played a significant role in reducing patient wait time and providing assistance
to our patients 24x7.
