However, if you use the e-mail which is not from the organization, but your personal e-mail which you still use for work purposes, it does not accept the registration. The design and layout are quite easy to navigate, easy to implement. **What do you dislike about Medical.watch?** As I said, if you use your personal e-mail which is still used for work, but this e-mail is not from the organization, the system does not support it - says "Invalid e-mail". **What problems is Medical.watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is possible to read posts and what others think about certain disease, which is good because it increases the awareness and knowledge about the disease. These discussions may lead to valuable insights surrounding specific drug products, the therapeutic landscape, or both. The platform reports the top digital opinion leaders, as well as the most influential posts within a therapeutic area during a specified time frame. A user may view a post within the platform with an option to link out to the primary source. Users can modify searches through key words, conference names, regions, and dates. Users may adjust preferences to be alerted via email of social media activity within a therapeutic area, product, or conference. In general, I use medical watch weekly via the email alerts; however, my utilization of Medical.watch is increased significantly around oncology conferences, data read-outs, and press releases. The customer service is top-notch and the platform is continuously enhanced. The area of oncology is rapidly evolving and Medical.watch is a platform that aims to help users stay up-to-date by highlighting the most relevant and influential HCP discussions on social media. **What do you dislike about Medical.watch?** Medical.watch is very focused, which eliminates "noise" from social media. As a result, an HCP post that my be insightful may not be captured. **What problems is Medical.watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searching social media is a time-intensive process. It's also suprt helpful to give the top influencers as this helps to focus your efforts also. I particularly like the information box at the emd of the email making suggestions for you to ask questions abot & guide your insight gathering. Its very slick, relevant & useful. **What do you dislike about Medical.watch?** If you work in a therapy area with lots of brances like Lung Caner it would be useful to break that down into the different elements such as SCLC, neoadjuvant, Mesothelioma etc. I know you get this info as part of the whole package but maybe some extra filters would be useful. Also maybe filters by region? So I'm based in the UK and it would be useful to be able to run a UK only report for example. **What problems is Medical.watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its a huge time saver to help you scrolling endlessly for hours through social media, it suppports my post congress presentations & dailly helps me to gain insights that I may not have picked up otherwise ### 4. You can set key words or phrases which will help narrow down the right KOLs that may be discussing a product, therapeutic area, or piece of data. This is a great way to possibly find new KOLs to have a topic to discuss the next time you have a KOL appointment. **What do you dislike about Medical.watch?** It would be nice if Medical.Watch was open to more therapeutic areas. At launch, their focus was mostly on key oncology spaces with high volume, but if they open it up to more therapeutic areas, the value proposition would be increased. **What problems is Medical.watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving for curation of social media content by physicians and weeding out the noise from patients and non-HCPs. ### 5.
