The program is generally easy to use as a beginner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about myClinicalExchange by HealthStream? Many things that you click on when scheduling a rotation refreshes the entire page. This is clunky and time consuming. There are also many pop up windows that could easily be made into dropdown menus. The few times I reached out to tech support, my issues seemed to be hospital related. However, when I reached out to the hospital they directed me towards tech support. Overall, once you've used the program enough, you get used to it but there are many things that could improve time and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is myClinicalExchange by HealthStream solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm a clinical coordinator. This is the program used by a few hospitals to schedule medical students in their rotations. There was a little bit of a learning curve in the beginning because no one showed me how to use it. Over the years, I taught myself what I needed to know. MyClinicalExchange does not feel user friendly. It works but it's clunky. There have been some updates over the years but it hasn't really changed the functionality much. More just the overall look of it. It is very easy to upload our slot import templates, and cases are resolved much faster than they used to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about myClinicalExchange by HealthStream? The biggest issue we have is with reports. In order to get all the info we need, we have to pull and export multiple reports and then edit the spredsheets to produce one that works.
