**What do you like best about Talkie.ai?**

Cooperation with the Talkie.ai  team is at the highest level.
 They are primarily open to ideas and customer needs and maintain good relations with clients. The company provided us with comprehensive training in the use of the new tool, and frequent meetings prepared us to update the knowledge of the bot base on our own.

**What do you dislike about Talkie.ai?**

It’s   impossible  not  to  like    her.

**What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using this tool we are relieves the hotline employees from repetitive topics.
Our robot is emotionless, he does not get sick and not taking  holidays.
It shortens the time of waiting for a connection by redirecting the client directly to the right consultant.
An additional advantage of the voicebot is providing information about the benefits payment dates. At the beginning of the voicebot implementation, we noticed that our clients reacted differently to the contact with the robot, but after some time we observed  that the length of the client's conversations with the robot was significantly shortened.

**What do you like best about Talkie.ai?**

EVERYTHING! From the design, implementation, testing, and development of VoiceBOT with the Talkie.ai team, to the actual use of the platform, which is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Talkie.ai?**

The level of analysis and reporting in the platform - no less the Talki.ai team is working to develop this area.

**What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the Talkie.ai platform to handle status calls on our hotlines. As a result, we have achieved:
- standardize communication about the stages of the service;
- transfer approximately 70% of the CS team's status calls from to VoiceBOT, allowing our CS team to deal with more complex questions from our customers.

**What do you like best about Talkie.ai?**

The Talkie platform is easy to use. Editing voicebot scripts is intuitive and requires no coding skills. This allows our experts to make adjustments to voicebots without the need for technical support.


**What do you dislike about Talkie.ai?**

It wasn't easy at first for me to add phone numbers to my outbound campaign, so I needed to rely on their support team a little to get it done.

**What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After implementing Talkie, our first call resolution rate went up but the costs for this process went down. In most cases, one conversation was all that was required to achieve the results we were looking for.
Talkie's platform offers excellent integration with external software solutions.

We were able to get up and running quickly with the voicebots. The Talkie consultants helped us throughout the set up.

**What do you dislike about Talkie.ai?**

Some of the UI features for managing the database weren’t clear to us at first but the Talkie support was fast and helpful.

**What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for ways to automate some of our call center processes so we could offer 24 hour support for our customers. Talkie’s voicebots gave us a way to offer that support without pushing our customers into another channel.

Not much. We had great support from the Talkie team to get started.

Our campaigns are important but time consuming for our teams to conduct. The voicebots are able to automate much of the prequalification process and capture important information from potential sales leads for further follow up.

Statistics panel wasn’t fit for our business needs but they were able to provide us with custom-made insights.

Our team was able to swiftly conduct a CSAT campaign that lead us to know to which features our clients respond best. It also helped us forecast which new features are needed from the user's perspective.

**What do you like best about Talkie.ai?**

Talkie.ai saved us loads of time and money by automating multiple repetitive and low-complexity processes. Our team can now talk to customers who are already pre-vetted and want to speak to our Accounts.
Also, thanks to their third-party integrations, Talkie.ai offers a great variety of voices to choose from that can be assigned to a voice bot, so we could pick those that we felt go with our brand identity the best.

**What do you dislike about Talkie.ai?**

Not something that I dislike, but it would be great if Talkie.ai offered an out-of-box integration with meeting schedulers, such as Calendly. Such an integration, as far as I know, needs to be custom-coded

**What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talkie.ai is a great platform that supports our team in outreach process and gathering information from customers. Their voice AI solution seamlessly engages with the customers and collects the information we need.

We needed help from their customer support to set up the integration with the campaign software for the platform.

We use voice AI for outbound marketing campaigns and CS surveys. The voicebots work like our own virtual contact center.
