**What do you like best about Viva Insights?**

It reminds about basic things like follow-ups from mail chat and if there are any pending tasks. The weekly summary about usage also helps sometimes. The reminders that are auto-detected from mail body are a good feature.

**What do you dislike about Viva Insights?**

The insights are not actionable most of the time. The advice is pretty generic sometimes. For instance - screentime and collaboration time is not really helpful for me, so it should give options to select which type of insights I actually want.

**What problems is Viva Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving for bridging deficiency in user attention while doing office work, and tries to remind on important stuff like follow-ups and collaborations. It also proves helpful in explaining time distribution in the day.
