If we have huge list of channels in teams channel has to scroll down to find the unread post. It will be great to have unread fiter. It reminds about basic things like follow-ups from mail chat and if there are any pending tasks. The weekly summary about usage also helps sometimes. The insights are not actionable most of the time. The advice is pretty generic sometimes. It is solving for bridging deficiency in user attention while doing office work, and tries to remind on important stuff like follow-ups and collaborations.
