**What do you like best about Vital Software?**

The software is simple to use and offers indepth reporting on CRM systems in addition to sending SMS/ eDM's

**What do you dislike about Vital Software?**

Infrequently the system gets clogged and on such occasions it can take several hours to send a single eDM.  As mentioned, this is not frequent though.

**What problems is Vital Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with our CRM system allows indepth reporting and it simple to identify strengths and weakness within our company's data.  They offer many alternative productions as well (at additional cost) to take CRM to the next level.
