The graphs give better insights. Implementing is also not an issue as it is very easy. **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** In this modern age, the UI is a bit outdated and can be improved as we use it very frequent **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we used to manage all the dealers individually, It was a tough job to handle it. We used to lose some customers in this process. But since we have started using the AutoSoft application everything is now going very smoothly. Managing, handling, tracking, communicating and all is gotten very easy. ### 2. It basically combines a lot of work material together in order to make things and/or situations less complicated. **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** The downside is that sometimes everyone doesn't seem to know how to use the software when we're having team meetings **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes keeping up with customers easier in the part time dealership I work in. It makes having meetings easier as well ### 3. The data we can collect and use is nice. ability to get help has always been easy and any issues quickly resolved. **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** Scheduling side could use help, esp when we deal with a large volume of new customers. Seems to glitch often, always having to double check prices when selling parts because at times it will put whatever price. have to type vin numbers in multiple times daily for it to be able to find customer **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** ticked production, billing, accounting, ability to track labor and ELR ### 7. But quick help solves the purpose. **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to manage all the data at one place empowering the dealer to take decisions on the basis of real-time insights. Easy to use, multiple functions, great customer service, and they're affordable, considering the other DMS platforms on the market! **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** While the platform runs exceptionally well, the dashboard looks outdated, which doesn't interfere with anything. I am told an update is in the works. **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Autosoft helps manage various daily tasks across our entire dealership. I can train new staff quickly, and move through the DMS easily and quickly **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** Some integrations are lacking and some tax calculations on the sales side should be there. **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** They let me know of added benefits and upgrades as they occur. Solving compliance issues and working to continue that. ### 13. The user interface was very nice & I never had any issues with crashes or system errors. **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** It always fount that it was quite hard to find information or run reports without going through many extra steps or memorizing locations. This made end of month reporting a giant pain. **Recommendations to others considering Autosoft:** I would recommend this to a small business but for large dealerships it could pose an issue when trying to prepare reports or find information for management. **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** This would be great for a small dealership or used car lot. The day to day ease of use makes it valuable but running lots of reports for larger companies could be a pain. ### 14. We have had Autosoft for the past 6 Months. Since we have had nothing but problems. But the support is horrible. Usually the tech support / training does not have an answer, or a fix. They have actually referred us to dealers to ask how they use their own software. Absolutely crazy. After we were sold and contracted on the system the salesperson moved on. Would not return emails, and if he did was rude. Service side of the program is really bad. Scheduling customers is done separate from the ROs and makes it a nightmare to work with. It also has errors all the time. Like if you click on the service screen it closes out the program out sometimes. Also you have to keep going in and out of different screens to build and RO. **What do you dislike about Autosoft?** 1. Does not do half the things the sales person told us it would. 2. Customer support has been some of the worst I have ever seen. 3. Sales Tax Reports are worthless 4. No Floor Plan Calculating. ( So while working every deal you have to go out and make sure you account for floor ) Not to mention its not something you want everyone to have access to. 5. Basically they sell it as one system. But if you use it for anything more than sales it has another program that handles service parts and accounting. It looks like it is from the 50's and operates about the same. They sell you by showing the sales side of it that looks really pretty. Then once you get the program you see that was not the main system you work out of. Almost like a bait and switch. **Recommendations to others considering Autosoft:** Please make sure the salesperson shows you the Service, Parts, and Accounting. Make sure the demo a live version of it. We were really sold on a more windows/web looking software that seemed to be cutting edge. What we got of half of that with a bunch of issues. We seem to be stuck now. They are being very difficult to work with. **What problems is Autosoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have created more problems then we started with by switching over to Autosoft DMS ### 15. But it definitely made posting deals, dealer trades and wholesales very easy.
