The ease of use on the interface makes conducting patient observations simple and easy for front line staff. Our campus is 96 acres and the ability for all BHA staff to conduct rounds simultainiously in real time makes it possible for us to ensure the safety of our 70+ on such a large campus. On the back end, the ability to download the patient's entire observation history at discharge and upload it to our facility EHR has eliminated the need to store boxes and boxes of paper observations for years after discharge. We have encountered very few downsides. Occasionally, connectivity to mobile data can be an issue, but one that is quickly resolved once the device reconnects to the cellular network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
