Straightly and to the point If I talk about user-friendliness then this is the most convenient and easiest VMS which allows users to submit candidates with all docs but the uploading of docs is done separately, saving time. On other VMSs, we must submit profiles by creating a submittal packet. So the submission process is easy. And the huge pool of requirements with maximum locations. Yes, there are some features that I dislike which as requirement filters are not good, and even while copying the job ID requirement opens up, it doesn't allow us to copy anything. Secondly, more features must be added and it must be user-friendly. Especially when it comes to filtering, there must be only one filter option that includes all. There are more cons in terms of features, please work on that, I'll be the most happiest professional. Are information is on the first page which looks odd because when we open up the Job ID inside the job there is less information available, so I would suggest please work on this feature and make information available inside the job not on the first page.
