This is one thing that it can improve on as, at times, people don't give it a second try. Just as other data providers are subject to outdated data, so -- too -- is Heartbeat. With time, the amount of obsolete data will decrease on the platform as aggregation techniques get better. When it comes to having up-to-date demographic data, other vendors are currently ahead of Heartbeat. That said, the coupling of demographic data with personal contact data gives Heartbeat an excellent advantage to either complement other sources or be standalone altogether. **What problems is Heartbeat.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** At VillageMD, we used Hearbeat to augment personal contact data for demographic physician data provided by other vendors. Heartbeat provided a solid foundation for our teams to work with confidence to validate and further augment personal contact data for hard-to-reach physicians.
