Wish I had found VeUP sooner! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Josh S. | CEO / CISO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025 **What do you like best about VeUP?** The team of people that we've been working with is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not only from an issue resolution perspective, but also with helping to engineer new solutions. **What do you dislike about VeUP?** The only thing that comes to mind is that their standard onboarding requires a contract that gives them control over your AWS account. That said, they were willing to work with us and AWS to bypass these requirements. **What problems is VeUP solving and how is that benefiting you?** VeUP is one of those things that is too good to be true, but it definitely is. We've only been a customer for a short period of time, but they've taken the time to understand who we are as a company, what we do as a business and how our infrastructure is architected, in order to provide the best possible service. It essentially costs us nothing to have some amazing AWS support engineers as regular additions to our team, plus billing insight that we never had before and optimizations for cost reductions. ### 2. We needed someone to swoop in quickly to help us. When we have issues, VeUP is very responsive. We are also looking forward to them helping us build our technical roadmap. They are helping us to put processes in place that will benefit us for a long time into the future. ### 3.
