**What do you like best about VetConnect Plus?**

Having access to the in-house lab results and reference lab results together is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about VetConnect Plus?**

Sometimes the connection to the in-house equipment and our computer network disconnect.

**What problems is VetConnect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Idexx is always constantly working on improvements and enhancements to their software and equipment.

**What do you like best about VetConnect Plus?**

Everything laboratory and imaging related all in one place. Integrates with our practice software. Lab orders are quick and easy. Communication with clients is facilitated for lab results and sending radiographs.

**What do you dislike about VetConnect Plus?**

We really don't see a whole lot of downsides.

**What problems is VetConnect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with clients, ease of displaying and relaying results, imaging a huge plus.

**What do you like best about VetConnect Plus?**

All test results show up quickly and it is easy to send results to pet owners. We are able to print out a chart each morning of positive and negative tests and contact the owners.

**What do you dislike about VetConnect Plus?**

Sometimes it takes a while to load more complicated test results. It does take a couple steps to send results - it would be nice if it was a one click process.

**What problems is VetConnect Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are Getting all our fecal, urine, and blood test results in one place. It is easy to sort and find results and get information to owners quickly and accurately.
