I love being able to write the script, create an order and send the client the link, without them having to do more than completing their purchase! Also, the ease of putting in scripts is awesome, managing auto ships is great. i also love how it is/can be integrated seamlessly with Ezyvet! i love the 1st time auto ship deal(offering a great first time discount) and this helps our client make their choice! prices compared to other pharmacies is very consumer friendly. **What do you dislike about Vetcove?** Only thing i have heard is the shipping turnaround time can be quite long, but for the cost and ease of use, most clients are not needing it in their hands right away, so the wait it not a problem! **What problems is Vetcove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client compliance and ease of getting them their pets needed medications, as soon as possible and offering a great online price as compared to other 3rd party pharmacies. Also, with other online pharmacies(like chewy/1800pet meds), our vet clinic does not see any of the benefits from clients using their online pharmacies, but vetcove offers a program that benefits our clinic monetarily, so that in itself is also wonderful! ### 2. Customer service is not very pleasant and ease of use is confusing to employees and clients. **What problems is Vetcove solving and how is that benefiting you?** The PIMS integration with Pulse is wonderful. It saves us time and there is a definite reminder of products the patients are on. ### 3. You only need to search the item you are looking to purchase and all vendors that offer that item are listed with their prices. **What do you dislike about Vetcove?** Only a single PIMS can be integrated at a time. I use 2 PIMS services and it would be very helpuful for both of them to be able to be integrated. **What problems is Vetcove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vetcove makes inventory easier by showing all of my vendor prices in one place. Vetcove also offers an online pharmacy for our clients to use to order medications for their pets in a single convenient place. ### 4. They're also extremely open to feedback and often implement suggestions made. **Recommendations to others considering Vetcove:** I strongly encourage every veterinary hospital to explore what Vetcove can add to their business. It's a wonderful service run by a great group of people. **What problems is Vetcove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vetcove solves the problem of having to check each and every distributor to find items in stock and compare prices. It also gives me one place to check all of my orders, invoices, and tracking information rather than having to check each distributor's website. ### 5. Such a time saver! I love being able to submit orders to all my distributors in one place, compare purchase pricing and availability, and discuss practice solutions with colleagues. **What do you dislike about Vetcove?** There is nothing to dislike, here. Vetcove is fantastic, responsive to feedback and has extremely helpful staff. Vetcove is so helpful, it's now expected that I have ordering and pricing information at a moment's notice! **Recommendations to others considering Vetcove:** There is no reason to wait. Vetcove is gamechanging. Just connect to your distributors and start placing orders. Vetcove does not store your account information/pricing/etc or interfere with any contractual nondisclosure agreements. **What problems is Vetcove solving and how is that benefiting you?** I save so much time, and now questions about new product availability and backorders is at my fingertips vs. requiring multiple phone calls and time wasted. ### 6. They listen to your ideas and implement the idea within a matter of months. Since I have become a member they have added vendors, created filter to guide purchasing. Some of the filters I use are backorder, allocation, out of stock , favorites and previously ordered. The reviews about the product help guide me when researching new products or medications. I truly feel like the company is working with us as a partner. The team is so responsive to any questions or concerns I may have about products or order placement. I use the order history as a tool for forecasting inventory needs. **What do you dislike about Vetcove?** That I didn't become a user years ago. There is a stigma that Vetcove is out to steal your information. I was very hesitant to sign on. My biggest mistake is waiting so long. **What problems is Vetcove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time- I have gained so much time having everything I need in one website. In the past I would have 3-5 websites open trying to place an order. Vetcove has a great resource with message boards. ### 7.
