**What do you like best about Otto?**

So easy to use! No à la carte fees—everything is included for one low monthly price.

**What do you dislike about Otto?**

We wish Otto payments could be integrated with Covetrus.

**What problems is Otto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having Otto has saved us a lot of time on the phone with our clients. They can text us photos of their concerns and even make payments through the Otto portal, which makes the whole process much smoother.

**What do you like best about Otto?**

Otto is extremely easy to use and very intuitive for our team. Implementation was straightforward, and the support team at Otto is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely listens to client feedback. I appreciate that new features are rolled out thoughtfully, without being pushy. It integrates well with EzyVet and makes client communication smooth and efficient. The new AI Scribe is also amazing—by syncing with our PIMS, we can select the patient/appointment directly from Otto and start recording, which saves time on data entry. At the end of the day, the AI notes sync to the patient file (and we’re hopeful that one day it will sync right into the attachments section of the clinical record).

We initially switched away from Otto after a year to try another provider but quickly realized how much better Otto was. After a few months, we switched back, and we’re glad we did—Otto is truly great at what it does.

**What do you dislike about Otto?**

At the time of this review, there is no CAD pricing option. Also, if you make or change an appointment in Otto, it does not automatically update in EzyVet, which can create extra steps.

**What problems is Otto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Otto streamlines client communication by using our clinic’s phone number rather than a random 1-800 number, which feels more personal and professional. With the addition of appointment and service reminders, everything is now centralized in one place. This keeps communication consistent and has significantly improved our front-of-house workflow. The AI Scribe has been a huge time-saver by reducing re-entering patient names and keeping our flow more organized.

**What do you like best about Otto?**

I have recommended OTTO several times.  It has become our "go-to" all-in-one lifesaver for comms at our practice.  We're about to jump into the AI of it all, and looking forward to the exciting stuff Otto has to offer.

**What do you dislike about Otto?**

Sometimes Otto's full capacity is not realized or promoted.  Features are pushed out without much fanfare and so the gem features could be overlooked.  I just learned at a conference this week that Otto does have a client rewards program and does have some wellness offerings.  I didn't know either of those things.

**What problems is Otto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the bonds with our clients through ease of comms is fantastic.  messaging, payment, reminders, appts, the whole thing is powered by Otto at this point.

**What do you like best about Otto?**

Otto has been a huge step up from our previous communication platform. It integrates well with our PIMS ezyVet and the communication between the two is super quick. It's easy for clients and us to use. Reminders are reliable and easy to tweak which is one of our previous problem areas. Support has been helpful and I love that they are constantly looking for feedback, making improvements and growing the platform. We use it daily for reminders, client communication (text, photos, even GIFS). We've recently implemented the survey function which as been great and easy to get feedback from clients essentially in real time. I can't wait to see what they do with it next.

**What do you dislike about Otto?**

Some changes can only be made by the Otto team, but they are quick and responsive when those things need to happen. I hope they expand on the tasks feature and internal team communication. The AI recap has been OK but lacks some customization that would really make it shine.

**What problems is Otto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated client communication, relieving CSRs of phone calls, ease of conversing with clients.

It integrates well with Covetrus Pulse and is fully customizable to your practice

**What do you dislike about Otto?**

There is no clinic-facing app for staff to use on a phone, tablet, etc.

It takes the workload off of the staff by having multiple customized automations.

**What do you like best about Otto?**

User Friendly. Ease of Workflow. Easy for clients to communicate with text, email, sending photo updates, etc.  The added AI Scribe feature is included.  Tech support is always open to client suggestions for adding/tweaking new features.

**What do you dislike about Otto?**

We would like to have the feature to know when another team member is working on a message to a client so there are double conversations going.  They are currently working on this.

**What problems is Otto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster workflow and client responses.  Allows our CSRs to be working with multiple clients at a time.
