**What do you like best about Medical Chat?**

Allows patient to receive support and care without visiting the hospital. It provides quick assistance and reduce our waiting time. Helpful in patient scheduling. And also allows direct interaction with the doctors.

**What do you dislike about Medical Chat?**

Sometimes it can cause misdiagnosis and lacks physical examination. It is not suitable during emergency situations.

**What problems is Medical Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is available 24/7 and effective for symptom checking. Reduce our waiting time in clinic
