What do you dislike about Verizon Connect?

Under our Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) with Verizon Connect, we expected reliable hardware, timely installations, responsive support, and accurate data reporting. Regrettably, Verizon Connect has repeatedly breached multiple contractual obligations, leaving critical issues open well beyond acceptable timeframes as defined in the MSA. Despite all our efforts, neither Customer Support nor our Account Manager has resolved these issues. Below is a detailed summary of each breach, associated case numbers, and durations:

1. Hardware Failures (Section 2.6 – Service Eligibility & Equipment Conditions)

Cases: 07838778, 07856289, 07856360

Issue: Trackers, sensors, and dashcams non-functional

Duration: Ongoing for > 90 days without permanent resolution

2. Faulty Installation (Section 3 – Installation and Services Timeline)

Case: 1001430236

Issue: T-28 GPS/camera install completed 11/11/2024 never went online; reported 12/5/2024

Duration: > 120 days unresolved

3. Unresolved Support Tickets (Section 4.4 – Support Obligations)

Cases: 08675672 (created 8/6/2024, later disappeared), 09164387 (no meaningful updates)

Issue: Diagnostic support requests ignored or closed without resolution

Duration: > 30 days each; some > 8 months

4. Data Integration Failures (Section 6 – Data Security and System Reliability)

Cases: 09087697 (Whip Around integration, 8/31/2024–1/10/2025, 132 days), 077779557 (API revoked 3/29/2023–9/11/2023, 166 days)

Issue: Critical data feeds broken, blocking operational reporting

Duration: 132–166 days

5. Roadside Assistance Delays (Section 7.3 – Reasonable Effort to Provide Service)

Case: 07941531

Issue: Repeated 6+ hour dispatch delays for medium/heavy-duty vehicles

Duration: 55 days to credit resolution; multiple recurrences

6. Ground for Termination (Section 14.2 – Termination Without Liability)

All the above qualify as material breaches. None were remedied within 30 business days.

Conclusion & Recommendation

Given the prolonged downtimes, lack of accountability, and repeated failures across hardware, installation, support, and data services, we cannot recommend Verizon Connect. Prospective customers should exercise caution and verify that service level commitments will be honored before engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
