It covered the bases on all the key points we need on email marketing, visual automation, social media marketing and landing page creation. With so many more features bundled together all at an affordable cost. On the agency plan, it allowed us to easily toggle between our client's accounts to help them when needed or work on the accounts when we have to. You can set up a social scheduler for your FB and IG then also manage your contacts and newsletter or create a landing page and run the Funnell. What I like the most is the dashboard. It's really powerful because you can see all metrics and analytics under 1 roof from different data sources. **What do you dislike about VBOUT?** The biggest problem of VBOUT is native integration with Shopify. If you have your own store then you are very limited to what you can do in VBOUT. VBOUT does not push all data from Shopify. I'm missing the past orders, value also it can't track the Shopify tags which means I'm not able to create my audience based on the Shopify customers and their lifetime orders. Also if you have more than 1000+ products it takes almost a week to sync all your products back to VBOUT. I'm also missing an "activity" dashboard where you could see what your contacts do at your store. You have to go to each contact and then you can see what each customer does. If you have 10 000 contacts then you have no clue what they are doing and browsing each contact 1 by 1. I'll be doing that for a month. **What problems is VBOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm happy to use VBOUT mainly for newsletters and landing pages and run our lead magnet. With the capacity what VBOUT offers I can do much more such as schedule my socials, answer the questions via chat etc. ### 17. Well the Mathematical calculation let me see it this way- having everything or most of these linkable aspects in-house, means I would need fewer tigers or zaps or webhooks and so setting those up any changes i make having to change all of those too. Now if you think that addon per customer, then this helps in this way. The cost of the platform is significantly less than the competitors, and the offerings are essentially the same. I have been able to set it up how I need, and when I run into a problem, the support team is very quick to help assist me. **What do you dislike about VBOUT?** I do wish the automations were a little more fluid/easy to create, and that the email builder was more customizable on the front end like some of the other ones out there. **What problems is VBOUT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use VBOUT to collect lead form submissions from our website and then put them into Salesforce.
