I've been using Vatix for approximately two and a half years daily now and it has been a very useful and easy system to utilize and navigate. There is nothing particular that stands out as a dislike, if anything I would like to have accessibility as a general user to add topics to the drop down menus or have a free text box to add information i.e. which business area are you submitting a report about? or location etc. This is because i have come across incidents that either equate to more than one or none are applicable.
