What do you like best about Vatix?

I like mostly everything Vatix offers, especially how it creates a centralized workplace that brings all the teams and risk management processes into one shared system, rather than using disconnected tools. This really helps reduce errors and administrative overhead, which stands out for me. I also appreciate the advanced features for worker safety in the field, like using GPS tracking and SOS buttons for lone workers. The ability to log, track incidents, assign corrective actions, and generate reports and analytics is comprehensive. It helps keep everything streamlined and integrated. What do you dislike about Vatix?

I feel the user experience and the interface could be improved. Some reviewers report a steep learning curve for new users, especially in complex modules like risk assessment and audit tracking. It would be better with more intuitive dashboards, tool tips, and step-by-step guidelines. Also, the reporting flexibility could be improved as the reporting fields can feel rigid and not all organizations can customize them fully for unique workflows. Customizable templates for incidents, risk forms, and dashboards would make the platform more adaptable. I've been using Vatix for approximately two and a half years daily now and it has been a very useful and easy system to utilize and navigate. The system allows interaction from all persons involved and assists in maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring that all concerns, accidents and recommendations are followed up through to closure. What do you dislike about Vatix?

There is nothing particular that stands out as a dislike, if anything I would like to have accessibility as a general user to add topics to the drop down menus or have a free text box to add information i.e. which business area are you submitting a report about? or location etc. This is because i have come across incidents that either equate to more than one or none are applicable. What do you like best about Vatix?

I really appreciate how Vatix helps me create digital inspection tools for conducting workplace audits and makes it easy to track findings. I can generally manage corrective actions freely and quickly, which is fantastic. Vatix replaces paper forms, emails, and spreadsheets with a centralized system, saving me a lot of time. A few too many oversight sections when reporting minor incidents, it would be great if this could be added on as needed rather than included in every report

The fact that not all information can be completed until after form is submitted, i.e. some general detail boxes are not present at first submission, this results in missing information and having to chase up relevant information,
