The devices they are very simple to use. They are quite intuitive and don't need much training to be able to use. The portal also provides the reporting options to ensure people are using the system correctly. The support department are very quick and efficient, and help rectify any issues quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside of Vatix is that sometimes the devices do not retain charge. This is a fault on the device that is uncommon and requires the device to be replaced, but they do this very quickly with minimal disruption Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
