
Having worked in a civil construction company for over five years, I’ve been closely involved with the introduction and daily use of Varicon within the company. Since its implementation, the platform has been best to provide us ways for enhancing the cost management processes, purchase order creation, delivery docket management, site diary entries, progress claims and variation tracking for the clients.
Primarily aimed to replace the outdated system of managing costs through Excel spreadsheets, Varicon has been seamlessly integrated into our company system, significantly modernizing and streamlining our approach to manage projects in terms of its management and budget and construction costings. The platform has continued to evolve and extend the ease of use, with new features and modules regularly introduced in response to our feedback and requests.
