**What do you like best about Varicon?**

Having worked in a civil construction company for over five years, I’ve been closely involved with the introduction and daily use of Varicon within the company. Since its implementation, the platform has been best to provide us ways for enhancing the cost management processes,  purchase order creation, delivery docket management, site diary entries, progress claims and variation tracking for the clients.

Primarily aimed to replace the outdated system of managing costs through Excel spreadsheets, Varicon has been seamlessly integrated into our company system, significantly modernizing and streamlining our approach to manage projects in terms of its management and budget and construction costings. The platform has continued to evolve and extend the ease of use, with new features and modules regularly introduced in response to our feedback and requests.

One of Varicon’s standout strengths is its customer support. The support team has consistently been responsive, helpful, and effective in resolving any issues or bugs, making the transition and ongoing use of the platform smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Varicon?**

User interface and data entry layout can improve however, this has been improved over time for the existing modules.

**What problems is Varicon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Varicon has been a game changer for small to medium sized civil and construction companies for providing intuitive ways for cost tracking, purchase order creation and record keeping on day to day operations.

A web based platform that stores all the date and registers for everyone to access in the system is very beneficial for the company.  As a project engineer, preparing progress claims and variations entries and tracking them have been very efficient within varicon. Providing reports generated by Varicon to show up to date construction cost and compare against budget costs has helped the team improve the through out process from tender stage to end stage of construction while closing the project. 

Keeping register for purchase orders (PO) and being able to filter and find the PO when required via mobile or laptop, creating dockets when receiving deliveries and tracking them against the task are some from the many features that Varicon provides.
