In Government Relations, constant awareness of legislation and more importantly, public statements made in hearings or meetings is critical. USLege allows public affairs professionals to "be in the room" everywhere, all at once, with an archived and searchable history of transcripts.
The Videos and Video Clips feature allows me to share directly relevant items without the need to provide an obscure list of timestamps and a full meeting video, which is usually several hours long. Email updates to the Executive Team or subject matter experts are now just one click leading directly to the important part(s).
The Radar feature acts as your "catch-all," finding relevant mentions of key topics you may have missed in manual searches. In many cases, it also captures entities from the their database you might normally pay attention to. Even the best Government Relations teams can't manually follow every local government hearing that takes place and spend valuable time and resources "just to see" if they mention a relevant topic... but Radar and USLege can. It provides the situational awareness equal to having a Team member in every location USLege tracks, and at a price that is extremely competitive and value-added compared to having the equivalent work done manually.
The performance of USLege has never let me down and the User Interface is intuitive and easy enough for new team members to navigate without extensive training. It's a tool that everyone has always wanted, but now is a reality.
We've never had a reason to reach out to the USLege team for tech support because we don't have to. Even so, their support team always ensures our needs are met and they provide users access to what new features have been implemented or are in the product roadmap. If you need to enhance your situational awareness for the issues you care about, USLege is the tool you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It truly is difficult to say what you could dislike about USLege because it is such an invaluable tool to me, that I have no dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
