What do you like best about UserEvidence?

What do you like best about UserEvidence?

What I like most about UserEvidence is the team always uncovering ways to improve the platform beyond content creation. For example, I love the fact I can direct those customers rating our solution a certain level are then directed to a product review site. UE helps me as a team of one to do the work of ten...well, at least five. I also love the fact that their Support Team is at the ready with ways to maximize the results of a survey questionnaire. What do you dislike about UserEvidence?

What do you like best about UserEvidence?

UserEvidence has made it extremely easy to gather customer testimonials and statistics quickly. Using these assets in our sales and marketing materials has significantly increased our leads generated and won deals. We have also seen a 120% increase in 5-star reviews across various sites because UserEvidence makes it easy to ask happy customers to leave a review. Their customer service is top-tier and provides an outstanding experience if you need help. What do you like best about UserEvidence?

What do you like best about UserEvidence?

The amount of information we were able to collect in one customer survey with UserEvidence might have cost us $100K if we paid someone to do it. With one customer survey, we were able to identify our customers' biggest challenges, the ways they say our product has helped them, and collect dozens of amazing quotes. What do you like best about UserEvidence?

User evidence has made it very easy for me to collect and share customer stories. I like creating and sharing branded assets directly from their platform. I also appreciate how hands-on and responsive their account managers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserEvidence?

I don't like that we can't see metrics for the sends. How many of our customers received the email? How many opened it? It's hard to track that from our side, so then we can't make decisions about user lists or if we should include them in a different survey.

What do you like best about UserEvidence?

UserEvidence has been a game changer by enabling us to produce customer proof at scale and easily identify happy customers with great results to share their stories.

Thanks to their platform, we've seen a significant increase in third party reviews (27% completion of reviews from the survey thank you page) and more than tripled our voice of customer content within just one week.

In addition, UserEvidence has helped us identify customers willing to participate in marketing activities and sales reference calls (over 70 advocates identified). We couldn't be happier with the impact that UserEvidence has had on our organization.

I previously used TechValidate, and while the tool's output was great, the UI is extremely dated, and Momentive.ai has shared there are no current intentions of making product improvements. Additionally, it used to take me days to upload my survey lists, and I can do it in less than 10 minutes with UserEvidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserEvidence?

UserEvidence does not have some functionalities or capabilities I have come to expect through the use of a competitor. However, there are far more advantages to using UserEvidence, and the product team is making updates and changes based on customer feedback every day.

What do you like best about UserEvidence?

Firstly, the team was great to get us onboarded fast—very supportive, frequent check-ins, worked to our tight timelines. The product is simple, intuitive, and powerful. What do you like best about UserEvidence?

It's an easy tool to use, and the fact that we can send out unlimited surveys is a really big plus for us. The team is really responsive, and I truly feel like a valued partner. UserEvidence worked with us on a special project which involved having our company's customer award nomination forms sent out and compiled on their platform, which ensured that the nominations/stories could all be used beyond the lifetime of the nomination period. What do you like best about UserEvidence?

UserEvidence is incredibly easy to use. With the UserEvidence platform, we were able to quickly capture rich customer testimonials that we've since leveraged across sales decks, webinars, website, and more. In addition, with UserEvidence we were able to identify customer advocates that we've since engaged with to do deeper case studies. Can't say enough about how great the platform and the UserEvidence team are. What do you dislike about UserEvidence?
