**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

The platform is easy to set up, the UserEvidence CS team was completely available for all questions. The first survey yielded valuable insights and we are excited to continue using this tool to expand our customer proof points.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

So far, I have no dislikes. There are quite a few product features that seem to be in their pipeline but have not launched yet, so I just hope some of our feature requests are coming soon!

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sellers need more customer evidence, success stories, and customer-provided metrics to show, from the viewpoint of our customers, why we're better than the competition and how we deliver meaningful results. In our industry, it's very difficult to find customers willing to go on the record with metrics and evidence. When customers do agree, it takes a lot of time and resources to turn stories into usable marketing content, so we have a shortage of customer evidence/proof, and the stories we do have quickly become outdated. With this tool, we can unlock new testimonials, we can provide sellers with quantitative proof points, and we can amplify our customer’s voices faster and more broadly.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

What I like most about UserEvidence is the team always uncovering ways to improve the platform beyond content creation. For example, I love the fact I can direct those customers rating our solution a certain level are then directed to a product review site. UE helps me as a team of one to do the work of ten...well, at least five. I also love the fact that their Support Team is at the ready with ways to maximize the results of a survey questionnaire.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

No downside to UserEvidence. Only upside. Every advocacy manager needs a range of tools to succeed in their job, and UserEvidence is not just helpful, but essential.

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserEvidence helps us showcase the ways our customers benefits from our solutions. We are able to publish the content (created through UE) on our product pages, in sales campaigns, and in presentations delivered by the sales team. Prospects need metrics as part of their evaluation process, and UE delivers those metrics like time saved or costs reduced. UE also delivers customers opting into our advocacy program saving a great deal of time recruiting new advocates.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

UserEvidence has made it extremely easy to gather customer testimonials and statistics quickly. Using these assets in our sales and marketing materials has significantly increased our leads generated and won deals. We have also seen a 120% increase in 5-star reviews across various sites because UserEvidence makes it easy to ask happy customers to leave a review. Their customer service is top-tier and provides an outstanding experience if you need help. UserEvidence is a powerful tool, and I highly recommend it to anybody looking to level up their customer research.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

There are a couple of very minor UX things that would be nice to have, but it's honestly a phenomenal tool.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

I find UserEvidence most useful to improve our efforts to meet the needs of our clients. I can quickly create a survey to find out which aspects of our software they are using frequently and what they would like to see developed in the future.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

I would really like to see more tools for internal use. I have created surveys for our own staff and it would be nice to have more flexibility with this. Specifically, I would like to be able to remove the qualifying customer questions.

UserEvidence is helping us come up with both marketing materials and key support followup. We are able to take the results and immediately contact clients about their responses, which lets them know that we are responsive to their needs.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

The amount of information we were able to collect in one customer survey with UserEvidence might have cost us $100K if we paid someone to do it. With one customer survey, we were able to identify our customers' biggest challenges, the ways they say our product has helped them, and collect dozens of amazing quotes. Not exagerrating, it's that good. Wonderful CS, onboarding, support too. Sales process was painless. 45-day POC was clutch for us.

I've only been using UserEvidence for about a month, but so far, I've experienced no downside.

UserEvidence saves me time, energy, and resources by automating the process of collecting customer feedback and sentiment, identifying participants for community activities, and getting a headstart on case studies.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

User evidence has made it very easy for me to collect and share customer stories. I like creating and sharing branded assets directly from their platform. I also appreciate how hands-on and responsive their account managers are.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

I don't like that we can't see metrics for the sends. How many of our customers received the email? How many opened it? It's hard to track that from our side, so then we can't make decisions about user lists or if we should include them in a different survey. 

I know that some changes are coming, and I'm looking forward to them.

It has been a great way to collect customer stories and for people to volunteer to be brand advocates.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

UserEvidence has been a game changer by enabling us to produce customer proof at scale and easily identify happy customers with great results to share their stories. 

Thanks to their platform, we've seen a significant increase in third party reviews (27% completion of reviews from the survey thank you page) and more than tripled our voice of customer content within just one week. 

In addition, UserEvidence has helped us identify customers willing to participate in marketing activities and sales reference calls (over 70 advocates identified). We couldn't be happier with the impact that UserEvidence has had on our organization.

I previously used TechValidate, and while the tool's output was great, the UI is extremely dated, and Momentive.ai has shared there are  no current intentions of making product improvements. Additionally, it used to take me days to upload my survey lists, and I can do it in less than 10 minutes with UserEvidence.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

UserEvidence does not have some functionalities or capabilities I have come to expect through the use of a competitor. However, there are far more advantages to using UserEvidence, and the product team is making updates and changes based on customer feedback every day.

UserEvidence helps me provide customer proof to bolster our messaging throughout all marketing and sales assets and communications. Approaching customers 1:1 for case studies, testimonials, and more is cumbersome, and the finished product is often months out. Using a tool like UserEvidence we can quickly find the VoC proof needed to ensure success in achieving our initiatives across sales and marketing. As a team of one, this tool is a lifesaver in helping me do my job quickly and with more ease.

Firstly, the team was great to get us onboarded fast—very supportive, frequent check-ins, worked to our tight timelines. The product is simple, intuitive, and powerful. We're only on our first survey, but we already have a much clearer view into the health of key customers + how they could be powerful advocates.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Nothing really to note so far—there are a couple of features being built that will be exciting to be able to manage ourselves, including the email survey templates themselves.

The ability to know at a glance which of our customers are our strongest advocates, and conversely, who can we drive the biggest improvements for for the long term health of the relationship.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

It's an easy tool to use, and the fact that we can send out unlimited surveys is a really big plus for us. The team is really responsive, and I truly feel like a valued partner. UserEvidence worked with us on a special project which involved having our company's customer award nomination forms sent out and compiled on their platform, which ensured that the nominations/stories could all be used beyond the lifetime of the nomination period. It resulted in so much insightful and useful content. All in all, I highly recommend UserEvidence.

The company is still new, so there are things they need to work on that will improve the user experience when these are fixed. Filtering the reviews, in particular, would be great. Looking forward to more customized case studies!

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

UserEvidence is incredibly easy to use. With the UserEvidence platform, we were able to quickly capture rich customer testimonials that we've since leveraged across sales decks, webinars, website, and more. In addition, with UserEvidence we were able to identify customer advocates that we've since engaged with to do deeper case studies. Can't say enough about how great the platform and the UserEvidence team are. Highly recommend this platform to anyone looking to gather more customer testimonies and data points that bring credibility to their solution.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

There's really nothing I dislike about the UserEvidence platform. The team is constantly adding new updates to the platform with most recently a custom template builder for branded social proofs.

UserEvidence allows us to easily survey our customers to collect data points and testimonials. This is benefitting us tremendously as we have been able to repurpose this content across almost all of our marketing and sales collateral.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

The platform itself is easy to use and their team handles distribution and incentives, which saves us a lot of time and money. Also, unlike many competitors, there is no cap on the number of surveys you can run. That allows our company to get an incredible amount of value from our partnership with UserEvidence.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

It would be nice if the survey platform allowed for more question types and logic. Parts of programming the survey can be a bit clunky as well, but it's not a big deal and it's still quite easy to build a survey.

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables us to efficiently and cheaply run multiple surveys to collect customer feedback and stats that validate the benefits of using our products. By handling distribution, incentives and other logistics involved in fielding research, our small team is able to field more surveys than we otherwise would be.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

UserEvidence has turned the process of collecting, storing, and exporting customer quotes and statistics from a process that involved three different teams to a single source of truth. Previously our success team had to ask customers for content, our design team made it pretty, and our sales team finally sent it to prospects days later. With UserEvidence, our sales team can browse the content library, export it on their own, and send it to prospects in minutes!

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

We'd love to have more capabilities to customize the templates for exporting our content to better match our brand guidelines. This is something we've been working with the UserEvidence team to provide feedback on, so no doubts they'll have the capabilities soon.

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a highly specialized and technical user base, it was challenging to collect honest customer feedback from privacy-conscious users. Giving them the opportunity to respond without attributing their name immediately improved our response rate and helped us grow our evidence library by almost 4x.

UserEvidence is easy to use. The service and support have been excellent. They have also been very responsive to our product suggestions. It compares favorably to its competitors.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

It is still a newer product, so it doesn't have all the functionality as other products.  However, for what it does right now, it does it well.  Where I'd like to see improvements is just expanded flexibility and functionality.

UserEvidence is allowing us to capture the voice of the customer that benefits us in two key ways.  First, we are able to make to product and process improvements to enhance our product and service offerings. The big thing I like is being able to aggregate different customer insights into a tangible direction for me as a Customer Success Manager and to relay to my CEO. 

The detailed thing I love is being able to send a survey with a hard link instead of the entire email list.

I would love to be able to more easily edit the Intro and Conclusion sections, but by no means does it stop us from getting  the job done with the platform.

I work for a technology company that provides services to other businesses. We use UserEvidence to gather feedback from our clients and their end-users. We want to know how satisfied they are with our services, how we can improve them, and what new features they want. We can create custom dashboards and reports to visualize and understand our users’ needs and preferences. UserEvidence helped us achieve these goals by providing us with a comprehensive and easy-to-use feedback management system.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Some tiny bugs on the platform, like artificial intelligence analysis, are not always accurate or reliable. Sometimes, the sentiment scores, keywords, topics, and summaries do not match the feedback text or context.

UserEvidence helped my company achieve these goals by providing a comprehensive and easy-to-use feedback management system. We were able to create surveys and embed them on our clients’ websites and collect reviews from various platforms. We could see all the feedback data in one place and easily filter, sort, and segment it by multiple criteria. We could also create charts and graphs to visualize the feedback trends and patterns.

With UserEvidence we have one place for customer quotes and feedback. No more searching, digging, or crossing of fingers to find a quote or stat. It's all in our library.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Nothing of note sticks out, everything has hit our targets and the team is great to work with. We are still working on getting it plugged into all of our systems for reporting, but that's mostly on our end.

There are multiple ways I could answer this question, because UserEvidence is solving lots of stuff for us. On the front end, it is HUGE in helping us discover advocates and their stories at scale, somewhere in the middle of the process we absolutely love the content angle and being able to share all of it with our teams, and then on the backend we use all of this data and insights to increase our knowledge of our customers. 

There are probably 3 to 4 other highlights as well, we feel very highly about what we are able to do with UserEvidence.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

UserEvidence makes it incredibly simple to capture qualitative and quantitative customer marketing data and, more impressively, it makes sharing those insights in a variety of formats even easier - so you don't need a designer to clip up all those meaningful data points and testimonials, it'll do it for you with a click or two, incorporating your entire brand color palette and logo seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Some of the more admin functions like changing your brand color, for example, are done by the UserEvidence service team as opposed to settings you can manage as an end-user, but it's not the end of the world and I know these changes are being made.

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking end-users for feedback is hard enough - especially in our industry where a lot of testimonials tend to be anonymous. UserEvidence supports us with outbound email support to make the research appear more official (great for response rates), lets us validate the responses we are able to capture so they're trusted by the public, and gives us the tools to slice and dice all the meaningful bits of data into branded, multi-channel assets we can use across social media, email, and our website. Customer marketing is a huge need for B2B SaaS companies, and UserEvidence lets us easily capture meaningful data.

UserEvidence has made it much easier and systematic to collect customer feedback and turn it into happy customer stories. The day we launched our study, we had dozens of responses roll in, and turned those into sharable assets within minutes.

There could be a better ability to filter the results, but this isn't a significant challenge.

So easy to generate high quality customer stories that can be leveraged across channels.  No brainer for any company, especially B2B.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Not much, so more branding and customization elements would be sweet, but I imagine those are coming.

UserEvidence helps us generate high quality customer stories that can be distributed across channels.  Before, we'd stitch together a bunch of tools that took too long and ate up a bunch of resources.  User Evidence makes this fast and the output is beautiful.

UserEvidence has made it 10X faster and easier to get the customer stories we need out to the market. The metrics we can get and qualitative customer stories are gold for the sales team.

There are still some settings that need to be managed but the Customer Success team, but they're super responsive.

UserEvidence makes it extremely easy to gather quotes and testimonials from our customers as well as quantifiable data that would otherwise require help from data teams!

User Evidence helped us publish content on the fly for key competitors or even persona/industry-specific use cases that came up during our sales team's conversations. 

By positioning User Evidence as a third-party research firm it gave potential clients reassurance that this information was true and not our marketing team creating it out of thin air.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Nothing comes to mind. The platform has met the objectives we set out to accomplish with it: create more marketing collateral.

Our marketing team has historically always been lean, and as our sales organization rapidly scales creating enough marketing collateral for all of our use cases/needs was a bottleneck. 

User Evidence has enabled us to collect feedback from our current customers that both informs our product team on what's working well or needs improvement, as well as automating the publication of marketing assets for sales (customer testimonials, case studies, quantitative metrics, etc).

Our sales team uses UserEvidence throughout the entire sales cycle. From outbound prospecting, to showing how we stack up against key competitors, and even when building business cases with metrics around time to ROI.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

What's not to love about User Evidence? The team is incredibly supportive and offers best practices and helpful intel to make the survey the best it can be. The tool is very unique in that it generates assets automatically for you vs. having to then create again outside of User Evidence. There's a great way to promote additional surveys at the end of the User Evidence survey as well which we love. All and all, great tool 10/10 would recommend.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

Cannot require questions to be answered by the recipients, but I believe it might be a feature added in the future. Also, there are quite a few places you can customize messaging it was a manual process which was fine because the team was incredibly easy to work with to get it done!

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the beginning stages of developing some customer programs/resources and wanted to get some good intel from our customers first. We have realized quite a few benefits to hearing from the voice of the customer and the aggregated resources/assets.

**What do you like best about UserEvidence?**

It's clear that the buyer journey has changed and that most buyers these days want to research products, but don't want to read a novel. User Evidence also for us to collect useful reviews and data points from our customers in a way that is operationalized. We were able to get up and running really quickly, and started collecting reviews from our customers in no time. We ended up closing some business as a result of our case studies. I know that for a fact.

**What do you dislike about UserEvidence?**

There's not a whole lot to dislike. There's some features that we requested and the team was responsive and quick to implement them. We are excited to see where the product evolves.

**What problems is UserEvidence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without User Evidence we would have to hire someone or contract someone out that specializes is case studies and collecting customer feedback. *With User Evidence we've been able to scale our customer case studies and data points, that are well designed and ready to go!

I love how intuitive it is to use UserEvidence. You can design surveys quickly and the assets you get out of your survey responses save so much time and energy. For a small team, it is a must-have tool. The team is great to work with and they are quick at providing support.

UserEvidence takes what used to be a hodgepodge of various platforms and integrations and makes it easy to do from one place. It allows us to thread a bunch of different initiatives like quotes, reviews, NPS etc... in one place automatically.

They're still growing and over time they will build more integrations but nothing that hampers us today.

Everything has been great so far! Whenever we provide feedback for a necessary feature, the team assures us that it is on the roadmap and provides insight into what that timeline looks like.

I needed a way to gather feedback at scale to understand the benefits and pain points our vendors are experiencing. I was able to communicate that information to our internal teams to prioritize what is working well and where we can improve. Creating assets has also been incredibly useful for external marketing purposes. We can now share our vendor experiences with quotes and stats easily and efficiently. The easier the better!

UserEvidence significantly speeds up the time it takes to create marketing collateral that you can use on your website, for sales conversations or email campaigns. It also very rapidly identifies your customers who love you and who are willing to go on record for you.

It works great, although I do want one or two extra formats that I can change my responses into. I think these are on the roadmap though.

The biggest challenges it is solving is identifying the clients who will go on the record for you, and then speeding up the time to create customer evidence content.
