I use it for getting feedbacks on both webdesigns,  development of online software and similar use cases where I want a visual feedback. Works well for those cases.

Can't think of anything right now. Still can not.

I jumped on early and have used it for different uses cases. It's so much easier for my clients to give feedback both when I am doing webdesign and when I have developers developing new online softwares.

Before it took long time to get feedback, and also it gave me text commentaries that often could be easy to understand. It's much better getting a visual feedback where people can draw and write captions onto an image.

To be honest. Not much. The are really responsive to feedback also.

Normally you get serveral mails from clients, their employees, family members in 10s of emails. Now we have one system for all the feedback, that's it.

Works great. 

Not a complaint, but something to be mindful.  Clean, well written plugin does have a minimal impact on WordPress site performance when active.  I've experienced .75 second longer load time with avg 25 added requests.  Deactivated and ran performance optimizer configuration, no impact footprint.  

It's a unique tool that is an elegent answer for many client headaches.

Be sure to consider any performance impact when using advanced interaction tools like this.  This one has a minimal performance footprint unlike others that I've used.

**What do you like best about Userback?**

I like it's ability to use on a live web application, and how easy it is to include in your app with just a few lines of code.
Users can make both general feedback, or very specific feedback by drawing on your application screen and including annotations, so I stopped trying to figure out what part of the website are they talking about in their four paragraph email.
I also like the Trello integration, and how easy it is to get to the corresponding feedback panel right from the Trello card.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

I would really like to aggregate the feedback for the whole webpage screenshot, and not only for the current viewport screenshots.
Also, each feedback can only include three viewport screenshots, which sometimes is not enough to cover the entire web page, so users can get confused about how to keep sending more feedback.
I use it for getting feedback on web development projects, so I would really like to get my clients access in order for them to get a view of their own feedback and the status of each item, so that they don't get confused/impatient and send the same feedback more than once. If this could be placed on the live site, like some other solutions, that would be awesome.
I would also like the notification emails and Trello cards to include the text that the user included in their feedback.
I also noticed some offset in the exact location of the annotation when giving feedback from a mobile device (where feedback annotation appears below the actual point on which the feedback was originally placed).
And one time when drawing a square, it was filled with a dark gray area, hiding the website elements that was being commented on.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

This is not similar to Invision, in which you upload an image and the client can give feedback that will be visible all over the static prototype page.
This is a tool intended to be used on a live web application, and when the user leaves feedback, it takes a screenshot of the app, so you can review it on your dashboard.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am saving a lot of time when getting feedback from my clients on a website prototype, or even a live website. Gone are the times of confusing long emails that aren't clear enough to act upon and trigger another round of back and forth as to which part of the website are the client writing about.

**What do you like best about Userback?**

What I like the best about Userback is it's flexibility and user friendliness for the user to be able to provide feedback on anything that is viewable on his / her web browser. What I meant anything is that he can send comments, screenshot, provide some text or even attachments to a website, a design, and even a document to put comments / feedback on. 

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

After using Userback for my regular and side hustle work, I haven't found a single feature I did not like. Maybe the one thing missing is integration to the other applications that I use, but so far, Slack and Trello integration has been spot on!

Also if I may add, a mobile app would be very useful, specially giving feedback on mobile applications on Android and iOS.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

For people looking at having a solution in place to make it "easier" for their business users to provide feedback, I highly recommend getting the Enterprise / Corporate plan of Userback. It will save you tons and tons of hours with users, going back and forth for the right solution to the right feedback.

Businesses, big or small need feedback. Working in the IT department, we require feedback from the users. Userback saves time by integrating screenshot and comments / feedback in an online solution for easy access to the development / operations team. It bridges the GAP between the business users and the Devops team.

With this platform, I can have more control over projects. Also, it allows me to add plural projects, multiple users and control those users with project-based limitation. I can make articulate namely what content or features that must be fixed.

To me, it is the perfect way collect and control our user feedback for all our website projects in one space. That software gives me more monitoring over projects by permitting to add plural projects and manage those users with limitation.

With Userback it is very easy to integrate feedback with our customers. The service allows you to provide customer support at the highest level. I want to especially note that Userback provides an excellent user interface and, at the same time, it remains easy to manage. I like how well Userback supports mobile devices.

I can say that much easy and faster I can have all information about my customers. Very good and easy to work on feedback. As much we know as much better our work is done. Great to keep a customer on top and very good place. Also, I like to that I can add domains to my account. And much more.

Actually, I will not say anything bad about that software. The software itself works well and consist everything that we need. Of course from the begin of use that platform you will need a help from users who are working with it. But it is very easy to contact support service. You will get qualification help.

The program is very useful. Very clear and open way to work with your feedback which you have from your customer. Very productive way to develop a working team. I like its user-friendly dashboard with activities and with all my current projects. Also, it can collect feedbacks with screenshots. Very good interface and easy to work with it.

This service is very convenient for beginners, but also simple. I would like to see new professional functions in the future. I also didn’t like how support team works, but maybe it's because of the weekend.

I will definitely recommend it. Service is easy to install and easy to use. It helps me manage all feedbacks from my partners. Prices are quite different so that everyone can choose edition for themselves.

As a software developer I'm extremely critical of everything I use, and I am happy to say that I rate the Userback team big time for delivering a product that has been well designed and executed.

Only started using it so still need to form an opinion from regular use.
I think at first glance there needs to be an improvement on the centralisation

This was incredibly easy to setup, install the browser extension, add your domains to the account and away you go. The free trial provided me with enough reason to purchase the full license.

The amount of information provided to a developer about the client is invaluable and this makes feedback for clients SO much easier. Point and click where the problem is, instructions anyone can understand!

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Occasionally I would need to create a feedback task directly in Userback.io, without using the browser extension, it would be nice to have the ability to manually add from the dashboard, opposed to faking one from the font-end.

Getting useful feedback information out of a client is troublesome. Browser version, resolution, exact location. Client and developers do not always speak to same language, this tool bridges the communication barrier in a way useful to everyone.

**What do you like best about Userback?**

It was great how easy it was to integrate Userback into our test site. The dashboard was easy to pick up for admins as well. Feedback from our users were pretty positive - they also found it straightfoward to leave comments as instructed by Userback's instructions.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

We received feedback where one user would generate over 10 comments in one session - these are all displayed as separate comment boxes, which makes it less convenient to go through. It'd be great if data from one user's session can be amalgamated into a larger box where admins can go in and filter if necessary.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been in the process of re-building our crowdfunding website with a heavy emphasis on social integration and community mutual support. So a great deal of work has gone into ensuring that users' experience on the chat and forum are as good as we can make it. Userback has helped us go through user testing in a very effective way.

The service was easy to setup in our application and to quickly have the ability for the users to easily grab screen captures and provide feedback was extremely valuable. In what was once a painful process of reporting issues (with half of the information we needed), became a useful workflow that we could quickly act upon user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Had some issue with paying in Safari, but the team at Userback worked hard to resolve the issue. For future release it would be nice to be able to better organize the feedback.

We were trying to find a way for a target set of users to provided feedback on a new system, for both feature recommendations and issues. Userback gave us a simple, yet effective way for the user group to quickly communicate with the development group. I would say this made the application better and saved time communications.

We absolutely love how easy it was to integrate feedback widget into our website. We were also impressed by the fact that it just works on mobile. Overall we give the submission experience 5/5.

The site to manage feedback is too "basic", In our opinion it needs more features to be really helpful. We did submit some of them to Userback and were impressed on with response time.
