The primary audience for Userback includes teams that are focused on enhancing their product offerings through user insights. ## Userback Reviews
 ### 1. A reliable solution for all things feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nataliya B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

With several options to choose from, you get a non-intrusive button or a blurb on your client sites to collect feedback and make quick progress on updates and changes. Userback helps you cut the time it takes to open email, write your feedback, figure out how to add a screenshot or what's worse, skip making any references - instead, have your clients or website visitors leave a direct feedback for a specific element that gets directly into your inbox and integrates with project management tools that will help you follow up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

It so well integrated with my tools that there are only requests for more integrations, but no specific 'dislikes'.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication! Userback makes it easy and helps elevate my services.

 ### 2. Userback for client feedback A++

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C I. | VP of Digital Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

I really like Userback. More importantly, my clients LOVE Userback. When I complete a website and send over a prototype, my clients can easily create an account (optional) and they can add feedback quickly with notes and annotations that refer to what they are talking about. It takes the quess work out for deciphering feedback through long multiple word docs and screenshots that go back and forth via email.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

There's nothing that comes to mind! It's well worth the fee.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userback tasks go straight to asana for as tasks for my team to get to work on. The integration is easy and quick to set up. If process is important to your business, Userback is a must!

 ### 3. The power of feedback!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

When working with clients it's vital to have a clean UX and simple interaction. With Userback every new project evolves quickly and in a timely manner. It's really easy to use with Wordpress sites, which are the bulk of my projects. I'm currently finding new uses for its feedback functions besides productions sites, like sketching up Landing pages for specific purposes.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

To be honest I believe Userback delivers what is promised, and have a core of features that fulfill its purpose. I have no complaints so far!

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm constantly creating new websites for my clients, but with bigger teams, feedback can get really messy. Userback provides a streamlined flow of information that we can tackle with efficiency.

 ### 4. Better than Project Huddle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aisha S. | Presentation Specialist & Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Custom branding features are coming up. It's one of the bigger reasons why I didn't use it like I wanted...that and the inability to scroll while adding comments.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

When UB first came out, it was limited on features like branding and being able to SCROLL while adding comments. I need to revisit again because I still get UB emails, and I know a lot of my grievances were remedied with updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

If you're using WordPress...try Userback first before any plugin.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm having a "Come to Jesus" moment with WordPress. I'm tired of updating plugins and troubleshooting for compatibility. UB is on its own servers, and I don't have to worry about coding that will break my site.

 ### 5. Easy to use but still very sophisticated feedback tool for websites

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc M. | (Agile) Coach / Scrum Master / Trainer / Facilitator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

The simple UI which is self explanatory to untrained users and the many possibilities to give different kinds of feedback quickly. Also the backend system for receiving and processing feedback, including the notification system is absolutely amazing.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

To be honest, I cannot think of a single thing to dislike. Userback does 1 thing, but it does it so good and easy that I wouldn't know what to improve.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

I challenge you to find a better and simpeler to use tool to be honest :-)

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback on website design from users and partners. Thanks to Userback gathering this feedback is a painless process for all and communicating on the changes is perfect as well

 ### 6. Hasstle free and efficient tool to collect feedback from clients and beta testers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

The fact that I don't have to schedule multiple review meetings, go back and fort emails of emails and text just make sure I understand what the feed is before investing hours on changes that could be hit or miss.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

So far I haven't found anything that I dislike but to have these features would be great
1. The ability to customize the wording on the front-end further.
2. Have global option to set replays to feedback (client only, team only, all) so you don't have to select eachtime

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback from clients used to be a big hassle:
We used to use email, slack, PowerPoint with embedded screenshots of issue, then copy and paste the url of the page, then go back and fort through zoom calls, etc... which took so long and wasted so much time.

By utilizing Userback, we've been able to reduce the process by 70%!

 ### 7. Cleanest and Easiest feedback loop for building client websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

The best part of User back is that it makes things so easy for clients to be able to provide feedback during the build stage of our web design and development. Clients love it as it is very intuitive to use, our team love it as we can communicate on the feedback and include the client as required. Love the integration abilities we have it integrated with our project management tools and it syncs when we receive new feedback etc, so we are always alerted.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Would be be good to markup pages in full instead of the screen area you see, but its not a deal killer. We still love it.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving many problems, it becomes very handy for the content collection stage in with our projects as we can say to the client - what do you want to say here, what image do you want to replace here etc. Works a treat.

 ### 8. An always-evolving excellent SaaS product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian B. | O, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

That the product is every-evolving. Every few months, a feature or two is added and a current function streamlined or enhanced.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Won't work on a website that's password-protected.
Wish I didn't get an email for every single piece of submitted feedback; I'd prefer a once- or twice-daily digest.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

Given the broad range of use situations for the product, it's good for anyone in a design-related field to elicit comments and feedback from both clients and anyone else invited to provide input to the artwork, project, or whatever.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a website designer and builder. I use Userback maily to elicit edits, changes, suggestions, accolades - whatever - from my client as I construct their website. They're viewing a staged version of their website and using Userback to add "sticky notes" all over it.
The alternative - which would be long-winded and detailed emails - would be interminable. This is much easier for both myself and my clients.

 ### 9. Leaving missunderstadings from my wordflow on a daily basis.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo F. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Userback is one of the services I love the most.
Receiving feedback used to mean long emails, tons of print screens, and more often than desirable, misunderstandings that lead to wasted work hours (hey, that's not the icon, I meant! why did you remove that piece?!).
With Userback we can provide a smoother experience to everyone involved, and we didn't need to adapt our workflow to Userback because it integrates with the project management tool we use.
It also doesn't require our partners to install an app, or a plugin in order to use Userback.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Every tool has opportunities to improve but there's nothing I particularly dislike in Userback. I've seen Userback evolving quite a lot and some of the concerns I had were completely resolved. I'm actually excited to see what the team behind Userback is going to bring us next.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing a smoother experience for our partners when it comes to submitting feedback, and at the same time, providing visual cues to the team reviewing the provided feedback, it not only drastically reduced the chances for misunderstandings to happen but also contributes to faster resolutions.

 ### 10. A great efficiency tool for web page building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

The screen capture & notation features are robust. It's very easy to collect feedback, respond, complete requests and close tickets. It provides a very professional appearance to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

There is very little to dislike. Sometimes the screen capture can be glitchy if the page itself has some loading issues but that is common with with webpage screen capture software and really not the software's fault. Also the user interface of Userback takes some getting used to for me but that is minor.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userback has sped up our processes for building pages, creating content, receiving change requests & getting final approvals to complete projects by improving our client communication & collaboration capabilities.

 ### 11. A complete feedback tool that continues to get better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Print / Web Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

I love the integration with our site and user interface. As a newspaper this tool gives our audience an opportunity to provide feedback, report typos and is seamlessly integrated. As a customer for several years now, the platform has continued to improve. Support has been excellent as well.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

I honestly can't think of anything. Userback suits our needs.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integrity of a newspaper is based on the information you present to the public. Journalists are still human and mistakes/typos/info doesn't always live up to our high expectations. Instead of angry emails trying to describe the issue, Userback allows users to pinpoint the issue and notify us immediately.

 ### 12. Best visual feedback tool for any kind of design projects!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

- Ease of use (intuitive)
- Consistent feature updates
- Feedback tools ideal for any kind of design projects (print, digital and web design)
- You can submit comments, annotations, approval options, multiple pages to track project revisions
- Customer service is also responsive

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Live feedback not available at the moment (example live comments/annotations)

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

With constant feature updates and ease of use, Userback surely is highly recommended the visual feedback tool for my design projects (print, digital and website)

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Visual feedback tool that replaces multiple software (annotations, comments, approval options, etc)
- Streamlined approval process with clients (since it's visual and quite easy to use)

 ### 13. Invaluable Tool for Capturing User Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Userback is invaluable to our organization. By putting the tool right into the applications that we develop, we are able to get really straight forward user feedback in addition to capturing sentiment. Even the most basic users know how to use it which frees up a lot of support staff that would otherwise be on the phone or chatting. We also use this heavily in our UAT process with clients to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

The software has grown to become more integrated with other software. Right now we have it plugged into Zoho Project and Zoho Analytics and it does a decent job. I would like it to be more "natively" integrated with other apps that we use.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have been no real problems. The upside has been freeing up support staff and capturing accurate assessments of good or bad things!

 ### 14. Great tool at a reasonable price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

We moved to Userback from another tool (Usersnap) that we used for a few years. Userback is less expensive, has a better ui/ux, has better features, and more than anything actually responds to customer requests. They’ve added features upon request (very quickly) and have been very pleasant (the complete opposite of our previous tool). Unusual that you can pay less and get a lot more, but that’s been the case with Userback.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Not much, except a stupid complaint: the name is lousy. Just not catchy or clear.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for internal dev if websites and quality checks. We also use it for client reviews. It makes it much faster and easier to clean up code and fix bugs.

 ### 15. Feedback Has Never Been Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elyssa M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Userback is great for collaborating with web design clients. It is so easy to setup and install and clients find it easy!

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

There’s not much NOT to like about Userback, but I do wish there was a kind of built-in task management system in a kanban format so that I can easily manage feedback as tasks.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback in a visual format from clients and being able to update in real-time. Clients appreciate this type of communication all in one place! This app helps me speed up my workflow which allows me to finish projects on time!

 ### 16. Fantastic Feedback Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B. | Maintenance Technician II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Very easy to use and easy to submit feedback. Overall layout of the admin area is clean and easy to use. Honestly it makes getting feedback from my clients a lot easier. They like it and so do I. This is probably one of my best investments I've made.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Submitted tasks and marking them as completed requires marking them as completed twice before it removes it from the view.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

This SaaS is a great choice for gaining feedback, bug reporting, and so much more. The devs are constantly putting out new great features and updates. This service is well supported and worth the investment.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting great feedback from the clients websites I build. Also getting great feedback from individuals testing and visitors. Overall provides a great way to know what the submitter is talking about.

 ### 17. Process Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Userback is just so simple. Even out most tech-challenged clients can send us feedback or report problems easily

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Really, nothing. It just works. They are constantly rolling out new features that area very thoughtful and really improve the user experience. The only thing I'd love to see is the ability to mark cards complete when we complete them in the connected Asana account.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback on websites we design used to be a pain. We've tried using Google docs, spreadsheets, our project management system, etc and clients always managed to get confused or go around our process. With Userback this process is super easy and seamless, and since we can control when the feedback tab is visible on the development site, we can easily control when feedback is accepted and when it is not.

 ### 18. Perfect for customer feedback on web- and graphic projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** René A. | Web and Graphic designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Very easy to use on both websites and PDF files. Userback is in constant development and the developer has added a lot of useful functions that makes my work easier.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

A few of my clients find it difficult to use the variety of feedback tools available to them.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save a lot of time when I need feedback from my clients on new web- or graphic designs like logos, flyers and other print materials. When my clients sends feedback, it is very easy to see what they want me to change in the design.

 ### 19. Excellent Feedback tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

I like the ease of use for my end clients. I send them a super brief description and video (25 seconds) on how it works and they send me plenty of feedback to get their project working. I love it.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Sometimes the screenshot function is a little clunky or slow. And sometimes there's a little bit of a learning curve. I do wish there was a way to save default settings, as I do the same thing every time and always have to input the same collection points.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer feedback collection on web-based projects. Its time saving because I don't need to waste time hoping on a call with them and recording all of their feedback, it can be done on their time and I can handle what I need to efficiently.

 ### 20. Shaved hours off our client review process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

As a small design & marketing agency, we recently signed up with Userback to gather client feedback on our design projects - including logos, flyers / print materials and website developments. Allowing the client to click on the designs / content and leave us feedback - showing you exactly what they're referring to with text, arrows, drawings on the screen, etc has changed the way we gather client feedback & make changes. They can add comments, we can reply, mark things as resolved or assign to a team member to action. We've never seen or used anything like it! It means we can push our projects from staging to production so much faster. No more pesky Word documents or convoluted email chains!

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Initially we found it a bit tricky to show our (admittedly, first) client how to install the extension in their browser and how to leave us feedback. Hopefully there's a few videos in the Userback knowledgebase on how to do these things from a client point of view (not our point of view). Some white-labeled video content for us to embed on our own site as a how-to guide would be good too.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering client feedback is made much faster. Our clients love it too - it's so easy to reply, leave comments and see what needs to be done with a big website project. We've saved so much time and it's a much more dynamic and fluid solution than our previous alternative - long email chains and multiple documents flying around the place with track changes becoming a messy nightmare just a few revisions in.

 ### 21. Userback is a Great Tool for gathering feedback from customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

As a design agency, we use user back with all of our new client accounts to gather feedback during the design and development stages. Our customers love to be able to see and comment right on their website. It's great for us because there is no confusion about what our clients are wanting to be changed as we can see a screenshot of exactly what they are referencing.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

There isnt anything specific about userback that I dislike. Userback is very user friendly, however, the only challenge is the occasional customer that struggles with technology and requires a lot of coaxing to use the tool.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userback allows us to quickly and easily gather feedback from our customers on their projects, it has greatly sped up our workflow

 ### 22. The Best tool to collect project feedback from clients in a few clicks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander R. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Users can submit feedback on both live websites and all visual design projects (logos, UI, etc) using screenshots with annotations or videos with just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

This product is the bee's knees. The product is AWESOME and the support team sends me emails about new features that make Userback even better almost every month. I wish there was a desktop version that works on all apps.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We give our nontechnical clients access to Userback and it cuts down development and review time by days (and sometimes weeks).

 ### 23. The perfect app for client feedback with video or pictures or plugin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Userback lets your clients give feedback on your or their website by installing a piece of JavaScript or by a Wordpress plugin. Not only can the client give notes and remarks using text but also recording a short video review/feedback on the website without installing any special add-on in their browser. This app is a huge time saver when it comes to getting feedback from your clients whether you're a web designer or graphic designer.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Nothing this app is the Crème de la crème as we say in French, with other words the best there is to get feedback from your website visitors or clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

Userback will save you time on getting feedback from your clients, this by making it super easy for your clients to make print screens with notes or video's inside the browser. It's very easy to use and install on a website and the best of all they let you completely brand the application.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Userback we have less online client meetings since most of our clients give their feedback on our designs within the Userback. Getting feedback on client's website's and folders or flyers is super easy and time saving.

 ### 24. Userback is the perfect solution for capturing feedback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dashbite T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

Usercack is the perfect way to collect and control our user feedback for our website projects and keep it in one location. it also allows you to provide customer support at a high-end level.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

So far so good, i can't wait for the new features that they are coming out with.

**Recommendations to others considering Userback:**

Again this is a great software for user feedback, i would recommend it!

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering client feedback during the web design phase of a project it's so easy to reply, leave comments and see what needs to be done with a big website project. We've saved so much time and it's a much more dynamic and fluid solution than our previous alternative.

 ### 25. Great Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeter C. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Userback?**

This removes a lot of friction with my clients, and their reviews of the products built. It collects a lot of information that is sometimes necessary, such as the users IP, OS, browser type, etc, without them having to even think about these details.

**What do you dislike about Userback?**

Sometimes the tool does not take in the visual feedback accurately due to the different ways websites are built. It also until recently has not had a good way for clients to review the feedback they submit, but this in particular has made vast improvements as of late.

**What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned before, this makes gathering all necessary information from clients a smooth process, and is a smooth, satisfying action.
