I like best that Upshift focuses on real-world, hands-on learning rather than just theory. It empowers young people to identify actual problems in their communities and then supports them in creating practical, innovative solutions. I appreciate how it builds confidence, leadership and teamwork through experience, not lectures. The program gives every participant a voice and a chance to take ownership, which makes the learning meaningful and transformative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Upshift is that sometimes the process can feel a bit fast-paced and intense, especially for participants who are new to problem-solving frameworks or need more time to think and develop ideas. It can also be challenging when there are limited resources or support available after the program ends, which makes it harder to continue long-term projects. A little more structured follow-up or mentorship would make the experience even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
