Units should automatically populate in tenant requests upon login, but currently, tenants must select "Other" and manually choose their unit. Ease of use, all-in-one solution, documentation of items, invoices, building reports. It's so easy to find information, to analyze the financial situation of the buildings. Everything is connected: purchase orders to invoices, invoices to financial statements, budget and budget analysis systems. I couldn't use any other software on a daily basis. I can easily keep track of requests on my properties and monitor ongoing disputes. The real plus for me is that I can discuss the request with the tenant, the owner and my colleagues, and I can address everyone or just one person in "private" mode. This allows me to share conversations and get a complete picture of the situation quickly and easily.
Rent management is also a pleasure, with a simple and efficient building-by-building view of tenant payments.
