May you lack nothing, and if a module or something is missing, it is easy to propose your ideas. Moreover, the support is very responsive.

Everything is very well done. Useful. Nothing to say about what I don't like.

Upperbee solves in the ease of property management.

Little bugs from tume to time and to much updates of the plaform.

It centralise the information at one place so I don't have to move from a plaform to another to save documents.

UpperBee integrates all the useful functions for managing condominium buildings. I have been using it for two years and I am very satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

There is, of course, a learning phase associated with this very comprehensive tool. But the technical support team is extraordinary and responds very quickly to help overcome the learning curve! Once mastered, the application is easy to use.

The structure of the application ensures that management tasks are complete and documented.

Our clients and tenants loves the platform and mobile app. Opening a new portal for clients is done in a breeze.

With all the features that are offered, one can get lost and not fully exploit the potential unfortunately.

Support in case of questions about usage because there are many features to know in order to fully utilize the tool.

I like that everything that we need is under one platform it makes it easier when we need to find information

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

There is no in app instant and easy conversation functionality like messenger or slack, which could make or communication with administrators easier and quicker.

Having all the information of the co-owners and tenants allow us to make sure we have the registry for everyone up to date and easy access when needed.

Very comprehensive and easy-to-use portal. UpperBee allows handling residents' requests through automatically generated queries, managing the accounting of the syndicates under management, organizing documents, sending messages via mail merge, and the time saved for the manager is considerable!

Resident users sometimes take time to find the information; the interface is "very dense" for them.

The fact that literally everything is there and the app is very complete. Nothing to say to improve

Almost nothing. From time to time I receive system requests that are not valuable.

I use Upperbee everyday to manage my properties. It helps me to solve all of the problems.

It is  a complete portal, we don't need to have multiple platforms to recu the information.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

It would be helpfu to be able to upload the information before being billed.  An example would be 60 days because we ar a small property manager and it is difficult to be able to migrate our clients.
That it would be nice to be able to talk to the support team live.

Facilitates the way we upload the PAD and void cheques
Facilitate communication with co-owners and managers

Sometimes it takes time to load the pages and it lags

It is solving the way payments are done and processed
It is also solving teh communication pathway which is much more easier when communicating with managers and co-owners

**What do you like best about UpperBee?**

The software is very user-friendly. It's saved me time allowing me to take on more volume. I do not need to use any other platforms, Upperbee has it all. Their customer support is very helpful if you have any questions.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

They are missing a lock box feature but apparently this feature is upcoming shortly.

**What problems is UpperBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If ever you need a fonction that isn't already in the software, they listen to the user and they are frequenty adding new features.
