**What do you like best about UpperBee?**

UpperBee is an all-in-one property management platform that enhances efficiency, communication, and decision-making. It offers financial management, a resident portal, maintenance tracking, and centralized document management, improving operations and increasing resident satisfaction through a user-friendly interface and strong support.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

Units should automatically populate in tenant requests upon login, but currently, tenants must select "Other" and manually choose their unit. This process is inconvenient and inefficient, as registered units should be readily available to streamline request submissions.

**What do you like best about UpperBee?**

Ease of use, all-in-one solution, documentation of items, invoices, building reports. It's so easy to find information, to analyze the financial situation of the buildings. Everything is connected: purchase orders to invoices, invoices to financial statements, budget and budget analysis systems. I couldn't use any other software on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

Sometimes, certain features are removed or modified, or even added, but they are not entirely optimal or generate a little extra work. However, Upperbee listens to suggestions and has made changes on several occasions.

**What problems is UpperBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation and centralization of information. Management becomes simplified, eliminating long email chains that get lost in Outlook and are sometimes difficult to find.

**What do you like best about UpperBee?**

It helps me to stay organized and makes managing client requests easy. Customer service is always very quick to reply and resolve any issues. As someone who uses UpperBee every day, I have found it to be incredibly easy to learn and navigate to make my job as efficient as possible. I also appreciate the free training sessions that they offer.

Sometimes the system can be a bit slow to load

Grouping requests, invoices, accounting, board meeting, etc all in one place and making it easy to stay on top of everything going on at multiple buildings.

The customer service is really excellent. Requests are handled quickly. The software works very well. It is user-friendly and easy to use, and the software allows us to manage all activities. Integration was easy.

CRM implementation would be really great
Tutorial videos are helpfull but it is hard to find rapidly what we are looking for.
It would be nice to be able to customize columns in some windows

We can centralize all informations and actions in one place. Accounting is really good. There are some automations that helps us save time and effort.

What I like most about UpperBee is the simplicity and efficiency of the platform. Everything is centralized: accounting, communications, documents, and tracking of interventions. This greatly facilitates daily management. I also appreciate the transparency it offers to co-owners and the speed of customer service.

There are few things to criticize, but if one had to be mentioned, it would be that some advanced features may take a little time to master at first. Fortunately, the support team is very responsive and the available training helps a lot.

UpperBee solves several problems related to property management, such as the dispersion of information, lack of transparency, and communication delays. Thanks to the platform, all documents, exchanges, maintenance tracking, and financial statements are centralized and accessible at all times. **What do you like best about UpperBee?**

I can easily keep track of requests on my properties and monitor ongoing disputes. The real plus for me is that I can discuss the request with the tenant, the owner and my colleagues, and I can address everyone or just one person in "private" mode. This allows me to share conversations and get a complete picture of the situation quickly and easily.

Rent management is also a pleasure, with a simple and efficient building-by-building view of tenant payments.

The support and onboarding is very fluid and my questions were quickly answered by the support team.  It's perfect for my daily use.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

The interface is well thought-out and intuitive. An update to give it a more modern touch would make it even more pleasant to use.

Track tenant requests, store important documents such as leases and building regulations, provide FAQs according to user type (tenants, landlords, managers), track rents, lettings and pre-letting surveys.

It's an all-in-one software to manage condo management, and it can get the entire history for vendor invoices start from invoice upload to payment process. Upperbee saved a lot of time compared to the software we used earlier

There were some issues initially, but reached out to upperbee and its been fixed

earlier we use to file all the vendor invoces and dcouments, tons of filling work, now no paperwork, upperbee store all the documents.

After using this software for a while, I can say that it has very few drawbacks. The interface is smooth and intuitive, making the experience pleasant from the first uses. The features are well thought out and suited to my needs, and it is quick to get the hang of. The few minor drawbacks I encountered did not really affect my daily use and were often easily circumvented thanks to options or regular updates. In short, it is a tool that remains very efficient and pleasant to use.

By integrating all third-party professions, monitoring becomes much simpler and more efficient. We have a real-time overview, which facilitates management, communication, and the quick identification of needs or problems.

I really appreciate that we have continuous updates. There are always simpler ways for the system to become more efficient, reducing the number of actions required to reach our goals from five to just two. Making suggestions for improvements is always enjoyable, as it helps us create a system that is easier to use and tailored to our needs.

The system often takes time to refresh when switching pages. I also find that when we are in a file, there is an overwhelming amount of information on the page. While it's great to ensure the file is complete, it can sometimes feel confusing, and the person responding to us might get a bit lost.

Upperbee allows us to include a significant amount of information in our files. For readers, this means fewer follow-up requests for additional information, as everything is already available in the system.

User friendly interface, Ease of integration- No need to login to work on different corporation. Multiple Corporation accounting work can be done simultaneouly. Unlike other softwares, where we need to log out and select new corporation to work on it. That's the best part about upperbee. Easy to navigate and implement. Customer support is outstanding, supportive staff. No problem of software getting hanged, can be use numerous times.

Reports generating is easy, but consumes little time for formatting the reports as per our convenience, which can also be improved by talking with the team of Upperbee and getting it done easily.

4. Only Brower is enough to work on this software.

UpperBee is an easy-to-use platform. I learned to work with this platform in less than two months.

It is important to understand that I work with several aspects of this platform and, as there are many features, I am still learning today. My follow-ups are much easier thanks to the numerous tools offered. On the management side, the application makes my daily tasks easier.

Several updates are made and the features change, but these are essential for the development of the platform and for each update a notification is sent.

UpperBee offers several useful features that facilitate task management and tracking. 
Tracking my tasks, we must maintain several tracks both internally and externally on a single page where I can find all my tracking.
Management tools, they offer management tools, for example, the building maintenance log that helps us keep track of the components of a building.

What I particularly appreciate about UpperBee is its user-friendliness and its ability to centralize all communications. Managers, board members, and co-owners interact on a single platform, which greatly simplifies the tracking of requests. Moreover, access to my data is possible wherever I am, and the UpperBee team is constantly improving the platform. Customer service is excellent and fast.

UpperBee is an excellent platform, but I would like to be able to add notes to survey responses for better contextualization. The integration of artificial intelligence to automate some responses to requests would also be a major asset. The training capsules should also be up to date.

Centralization of communications, a single point of contact that results in fewer clients on-site and more time to manage requests. Sharing of information and coordination of tasks. Tracking of requests. Storage, organization, and sharing of important documents. Automating certain administrative tasks such as sending invitations, payment reminders, or important communications. UpperBee facilitates the management of condominium fees, the sending of due notices, and the tracking of payments. Manage the budgets, expenses, and revenues of the condominium. Allows managers to work from anywhere. Communicate quickly with owners and the board during emergencies.

One feature I wish UpperBee had is the ability to search for requests using keywords, rather than having to scroll through a long list of old requests and reference numbers. It would save so much time and make finding specific requests much more efficient. Adding this functionality would make the platform even better!

Upperbee is incredibly comprehensive. In addition to helping me effectively manage the properties under my responsibility, it allows me to communicate efficiently with tenants, owners, and suppliers.
not to mention keeping my financial statements up to date, as well as my maintenance log and heating register.
The number of features is incredible; I discover new ones every week.

It's difficult to find faults, but I would say that the types of requests presented are sometimes not entirely suited to the situations we encounter.

**What problems is UpperBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upperbee helps me communicate efficiently with tenants, owners, and suppliers, and allows me to organize the management of the properties under my responsibility in a very efficient manner. Alerts notify me of upcoming maintenance contract deadlines.
I can easily find all the invoices, view the payment history in detail, and see who has paid their rent. It's a comprehensive and secure tool.

Document Chaos All important documents — from insurance certificates to AGM minutes — are stored in one secure, searchable location which makes it easy for me to find important documents for each building.

Accounts payable become so easy and vendor getting paid by EFT and PM's can get the vendor information by simply login to upperbbe.

EFT cant be paid from both Operating & Reserve account

ledger reports were not as per the auditor, but Upperbee support solved the problem.

**What do you like best about UpperBee?**

I work for a condo manager and I use Upperbee everyday for accounting and conciliations. It is more friendly user than others accounting apps that I have tried. Every little details have been thought. It helps me to stay uptodate in my work and simplify every communication with co-owners. It makes me save a lot of time. I sent 2 questions to customer support and I received very fast reply with solutions. Thanks so much.

**What do you like best about UpperBee?**

I like how easy it is to naviguate to whatever section you want. In my role as Receivable Clerk, I have to investiguate through departments, and find information in different communications. UpperBee is great for that, I can find which employee to contact to get information from. I can get context through requests when I receive cheques for example and the charge is not clear. I also receive clients who come for anything else related to their properties, which helps me get some context and direct them to the right person. I use it everyday, and it is a great way to communicate with my team and co-owners. Customer support is great and fast. I think the platform is very intuitive as well, I found it easy to investigate in the portal, although I was not trained for it since some sections are for other departments. The emailing system is great too, i can work on my request directly through emails, which is my preffered method of being notified.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

There are functions that should be displayed. In the receivables profile, there should be a sum of the fees paid for the year, or fiscal year in my opinion. when some banking information is updated for PAD, the old banking information should be deleted and the scheduled payments should be replaced with the new banking information immediately. We have to manually make sure that the old banking information has been removed from the profile, and make sure that the scheduled payments are debited from the right bank account, because it keeps the archived one. Otherwise, i am not well versed with th eother fucntions to provide constructive criticism

**What problems is UpperBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UpperBee is a centralized palce where all departments of the company communicate and where we all communicate with co-owners and stakeholders of the buildings. It is the resource that keeps our business operating efficiently. It benefits me in the sense that i have access to every co-owner that is client of ours, i can see their accounting portion, i can coordinate payments with the team, offer customer support via requests. I can get context of given situations such as water damage files in requests, helping me confirm how to allocate insurance cheques. i also get tagged on requests regarding new budgets for buildings, which helps me understand balances that come after when th ebudget is adopted, which i need to know to answer co-owner questions.

I like that as a manager, I have access to all the features I need for my daily work. Managing requests and documents is simple.

**What do you dislike about UpperBee?**

There are some features that have been removed over time, which make the experience less interesting. For example, when we want to add recipients in a request or message, we have to write the unit number each time. When there are two co-owners and two tenants, we have to write the unit 4 times instead of being able to write the unit number once and select all the people we want to add. Another thing, the copy/paste function does not adapt to the font used. If we start with one font and copy something, the fonts will be different, so we have to start the message over.

UpperBee allows me to maintain good control over requests and transparent communication with co-owners. The ability to add documents to requests allows me to centralize information.

I find that it is a very comprehensive management software that can adapt to several organizations. The learning curve is quite easy despite a large number of features. At Rentalys, we use it daily for real estate management. The customer support is responsive and it is easy to communicate with them in case of a problem.

Like everything, nothing is perfect, but there are quite a few updates regularly. Sometimes the software bugs a little, but generally it doesn't last, and as mentioned, when we encounter malfunctions, they are usually addressed quickly.

Upperbee Pay works well, even though the payment delay is still long. Upperbee support is very fast and efficient. Upperbee is generally easy to use. Updates are regular and are welcome every month.

Some features are missing, such as an amortization schedule. Additionally, when we have multiple portals, it becomes tedious to compile data from each building to get an overall view. A portfolio view should be Upperbee's priority. Certain automation challenges the current accounting standards, which is problematic at the end of the year. Notably, contractual agreements that activate automatically when two payments are recorded.
