What do you like best about UpperBee?

It's an all-in-one software to manage condo management, and it can get the entire history for vendor invoices start from invoice upload to payment process. Upperbee saved a lot of time compared to the software we used earlier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UpperBee?

The software was designed to be accessible and easy to use, regardless of your level of expertise. What do you dislike about UpperBee?

After using this software for a while, I can say that it has very few drawbacks. The interface is smooth and intuitive, making the experience pleasant from the first uses. The features are well thought out and suited to my needs, and it is quick to get the hang of. The few minor drawbacks I encountered did not really affect my daily use and were often easily circumvented thanks to options or regular updates. I really appreciate that we have continuous updates. There are always simpler ways for the system to become more efficient, reducing the number of actions required to reach our goals from five to just two. What do you dislike about UpperBee?

The system often takes time to refresh when switching pages. I also find that when we are in a file, there is an overwhelming amount of information on the page. User friendly interface, Ease of integration- No need to login to work on different corporation. Multiple Corporation accounting work can be done simultaneouly. Unlike other softwares, where we need to log out and select new corporation to work on it. That's the best part about upperbee. Easy to navigate and implement. UpperBee is an easy-to-use platform. I learned to work with this platform in less than two months.

It is important to understand that I work with several aspects of this platform and, as there are many features, I am still learning today. What do you like best about UpperBee?

I am very satisfied with the Upperbee software! The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Moreover, it is very comprehensive and manages all aspects of condominium management from A to Z, which greatly simplifies my work.

But what really sets Upperbee apart is its exceptional customer service. The team is always available, attentive, and ready to help. Additionally, they are constantly seeking improvements and take user suggestions into account, which makes the collaboration very pleasant.

UpperBee is an excellent platform, but I would like to be able to add notes to survey responses for better contextualization.
