**What do you like best about UniTalk Virtual PBX?**

We like the functionality of UniTalk Virtual PBX. It allows you to receive and make a large number of calls at the same time and set up call forwarding to free managers.

**What do you dislike about UniTalk Virtual PBX?**

It was difficult to figure out the settings on by ourselves, but UniTalk technical support helped us with this.

**What problems is UniTalk Virtual PBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we could not receive several phone calls to one phone number at the same time. While we were talking to one client, others could not get through. That's why we realized that we needed a multichannel telephone number. We chose UniTalk Virtual PBX, which united all our mobile and landline multichannel numbers into a single network. This not only systematized our work but also increased our sales.

Figuring out the settings on our own was challenging, but UniTalk's technical support assisted us with it.

While users have the option to explore the Knowledge Base documentation at their own pace, we decided to take an alternative approach to effectively resolve this matter.
