What do you like best about Unit4 HCM?

What I like best about Unit4 HCM is how intuitive and user-friendly it is compared to other enterprise HR systems. The self-service features empower employees to manage their own data, while the automation and workflow tools reduce administrative work for HR. What do you dislike about Unit4 HCM?

While Unit4 HCM is generally user-friendly, some processes still require too many clicks to complete. The interface can feel a bit dated in certain modules, and navigation between areas like payroll and time management isn’t always seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
