**What do you like best about Unit4 HCM?**

I love how Unit4 HCM helps my company immensely! The company I work for outsources a lot of jobs to temps and with this platform we are able to staff accordingly with the most simple level of ease. It really helps us financially manage our employees payrolls in the most simple way!

**What do you dislike about Unit4 HCM?**

I have worked with many different people in the past and while most of them have been amazing! There are some that very much aren't. Sometimes its not the easiest to find good employees but that comes naturally with human experience. It would be nice to know whether someone you are hiring is really a good employee.

**What problems is Unit4 HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unit4 HCM is helping my company both staff temporary jobs and manage payroll for these employees! It makes everything so seamless and easy! I love how easy it is to manage everything all in one! Makes everything so convenient! Being able to manage payrolls for employees all in one simple place is amazing! Especially for new temp hires!

**What do you like best about Unit4 HCM?**

In my professional life, Unit4 HCM simplifies simple HR-related tasks. I can request leave, check how many leaves I have left, and change my personal details without needing to email anyone or use paper forms. All this is done in one place, and it is easy to see what has been approved and what still requires attention. I appreciate the fact that I can view my history of previous requests and keep everything in mind without having to ask the HR department multiple times. It all seems very simple, and even small things such as viewing the list of upcoming public holidays help me plan my time better.

**What do you dislike about Unit4 HCM?**

Occasionally, there is a slight delay in the system updating after I have made a request, so I have to wait a bit to check the status of approval. Additionally, some areas of the system could be located more easily. I have to spend a few extra clicks searching through menus when I am searching for older information.

**What problems is Unit4 HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Unit4 HCM, things such as vacation requests, personal information updates, or reviewing previous submisions were all over emails or spreadsheets, which caused errors and delays. Now, I can accomplish all of these in one place. It saves time, avoids confusion, and helps me understand what has been addressed and what still needs to be addressed. I have more time to focus on my work rather than searching for forms.

**What do you like best about Unit4 HCM?**

I like Unit4 HCM's user-friendly interface because it makes things much easier for me, especially as I'm an HR leader for a team of 50 and I'm only one person. The help guides and the virtual chats are incredibly helpful when I get hung up on things. Additionally, the ability to do everything from start to finish within one platform means I'm not wasting time switching screens or toggling between different programs.

**What problems is Unit4 HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unit 4 HCM is solving the too many places but not enough clarity problem. Having everything centralized has done away with the need to chase documents, double checking spreadsheets, and answering the same questions over and over and OVER! Having one system where employee data, reporting and documentation live just simplifies things. It reduces back and forth, cuts down errors, and makes it easier to get straight answers quickly. For me personally, it gives me back time, and time is everything! The less time I spend cleaning up processes, the more time I can spend actually supporting people, building culture, and focusing on strategic priorities.  It also gives employees access to their own information, which encourages ownership and transparency. Having a system that is clear and easy to use cuts down frustration and accountability increases. This platform makes my day to day smoother, and when my day goes smoother, the culture at our company benefits.

The self-service side is also a big plus—employees and managers can handle common tasks without always needing HR to step in.
