I've been using Unbounce for several months now, and it has improved out marketing team approach to landing page creation. and optimization. As a marketer, speed and performance are crucial—and Unbounce delivers on both fronts.

What I value the most is the intuitive drag-and-drop builder that lets you create beautiful, conversion-optimized pages without any coding knowledge. It’s flexible, fast, and packed with features like A/B testing, dynamic text replacement, and integrations with all the major marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp,etc.). We used Unbounce for several years as a core part of our marketing strategy, particularly for building landing pages. Unfortunately, everything changed with their new pricing model. Our subscription was increased by 415% in under a year, with no added features or benefits to justify it. Worse still, they introduced usage caps that never existed before, and imposed a monthly penalty of 30% of the entire annual subscription if you exceed those limits. This penalty isn’t clearly disclosed anywhere, and feels deliberately punitive.

When we reached out to their support team for clarification, the only response we got was “it’s part of a new company strategy.” We requested a refund for one of the penalty charges—denied. We asked for a partial refund after canceling our annual subscription—also denied. The only solution they offered was an upgrade to a more expensive plan, with a small discount, essentially asking us to pay even more.

A lot of the functionality, duplicating, text insertion, etc. works super easily and are quick to set up.

I’ve enjoyed using Unbounce for building landing pages. While Unbounce has many strengths, I did run into some challenges with ease of integration into my CRM. The setup wasn’t always as seamless as I’d hoped, and it required extra effort to connect everything the way I needed. I also felt that gathering user behavior insights for optimization depended too much on outside tools, which added complexity. The moment you need support this organization fails miserably. Their billing department just charges your card for whatever they want with no explanation. All support requests take a minimum 3-4 business days for a reply. The first few replies are always complete nonsense, so it takes a solid week to get to the meat of any issue. I've had to call & request they re-assign the Zendesk ticket to someone else because the person I was assigned to was out of the office (and kind of an asshole). Customer Service does not exist; I have been trying to solve an issue with the form fields that happens when I change a label. The form field drops to the bottom of my page. The form editor gave me nothing to work with regarding why this happened. I want to get an answer so I can solve an automation issue.

I subscribed to the paid version of your service on November 4th, expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, after creating my landing page, the images failed to display properly.

I have submitted 10 support requests, yet the issue remains unresolved. It is frustrating that, despite multiple follow-ups, the support team has provided no solution or meaningful update.

This level of service is unacceptable for a paid product, and it feels like a complete scam. I trusted your platform, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.

They have the worst expriences if you want to cancel a plan.

Today it works in this way, you can go to your panel in your profile pic, look at your current plan and the if you click on cancel it pop up a box were you can add a comment telling you that the customer experience manager will contact you.

Same thing in other section where they add the cancel buttom.
