Unbounce Landing Pages Pricing Overview

I've been using Unbounce for several months now, and it has improved out marketing team approach to landing page creation. and optimization. As a marketer, speed and performance are crucial—and Unbounce delivers on both fronts.

What I value the most is the intuitive drag-and-drop builder that lets you create beautiful, conversion-optimized pages without any coding knowledge. It’s flexible, fast, and packed with features like A/B testing, dynamic text replacement, and integrations with all the major marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp,etc.). We used Unbounce for several years as a core part of our marketing strategy, particularly for building landing pages. The platform had the right features, fair pricing, and consistently delivered strong results. Our customers were satisfied, and so were we—until recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, everything changed with their new pricing model. Our subscription was increased by 415% in under a year, with no added features or benefits to justify it. Worse still, they introduced usage caps that never existed before, and imposed a monthly penalty of 30% of the entire annual subscription if you exceed those limits. This penalty isn’t clearly disclosed anywhere, and feels deliberately punitive.

When we reached out to their support team for clarification, the only response we got was “it’s part of a new company strategy.” We requested a refund for one of the penalty charges—denied. We asked for a partial refund after canceling our annual subscription—also denied. The only solution they offered was an upgrade to a more expensive plan, with a small discount, essentially asking us to pay even more.

It’s unfortunate to see a product we once trusted become so focused on profit at the expense of its users. Corporate greed has taken away everything that made Unbounce great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
