The only thing I don’t like is that when the owner is listed as “common,” the store manager shouldn’t be able to see it. Also, on the scheduling page, it would be helpful if each shift showed the total hours (for example, “4 hours”) as a small breakdown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the Automatic Break Time Addition / Deduction - I don't have to make sure to go in and calculate those things anymore as they're already included.

Same with Holidays! I never have to worry about going through individual time cards to ensure holiday payments as they are automatically added once created.

Trying to be helpful, I always think of ways to improve things. The only downside I can recently think of with Uattend is the ability to assist people when they have log-in issues. I can see their codes and try to troubleshoot with them - but it would be nice just to be able to access that from my side and reset everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

uAttend is a time clock and human resource program that has helped our small business manage our employees over three office locations. The program allows team members to clock in via the website, mobile device, or physical device. This provides excellent flexibility and allows us to track and record employee attendance from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One critique that we have on the system is that it only allows for one admin in the base cost of the program. This is not practical for most organizations, as we need multiple people to be able to access the system and manage employee information. We would like to see at least three admin users available before they begin charging more for additional admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's simple! We only use the app with geolocation for employee timekeeping, but we've found that it requires hardly any explanation before our employees begin to use it. And with maybe one exception in 10 years, it's been super reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was one support ticket we opened that was never resolved. Several months later, the system closed it, so we never did get an answer. Also, due to the nature of our business, we use the "notes" feature for every employee punch. Sometimes the time clock itself won't stay connected to the wifi and the only way to resolve the issue is to unplug the unit and leave it unplugged for a bit to reset it, but that always seems to fix the issue. This is easy to set up new employees & remove employees who have left the business. If the power goes out (or if they just forget to clock in or out), my employees text me so I can enter their punches. It also allows me to create reports I need for processing my payroll. Ease of access and user friendly. The portal is easy to navigate and keeps track of hours. Easy to add any missing punches if our internet is down. I can easily print bi-weekly reports to run payroll accurately. I can easily add and remove employees and assign their PINs or do fingerprints for the punch in process.
