Needed updating financial data for future predictions **What do you dislike about TRYTN?** I haven't used the service in a few years now. **Recommendations to others considering TRYTN:** Overall was a decent service while we were using them but don't get to locked in or its extremely tough to get out. **What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking system and website for a boat rental service. ### 2. So far, I've been able to do most things with little to no help. If you don't like to do the things on your own this isn't for you. **What do you dislike about TRYTN?** While it is user friendly sometimes it's easier for the customer support or IT support to do the task done instead of sending a link on instructions. Especially, when it's a new client. I'd appreciate an extensive onboarding training session. Also, finding a way to simply add the code to the website without using the TRYTN button to keep the branding of the website. **What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to add something quickly on my own is great! ### 3. trytn benefits to tour operators **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019 **What do you like best about TRYTN?** It is a comprehensive tool, including reservations management, online exposure and optimizing the clients site and rates. **What do you dislike about TRYTN?** a 24/7 customer service offering has become almost standard in the industry, but not offered here. **Recommendations to others considering TRYTN:** Currently it offers all the major standard capabilities clients are looking for, but market has gotten competitive, and creativity is needed to win market share. More capabilities that can help increase revenue is needed for them to take the next step. **What problems is TRYTN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Does provide the ability to save time for the manager, as well as better exposure online without dealing with all the direct contracting with each OTA.
