The benefits interface makes selecting my insurance and additional benefits quick and seamless. It provides a lot of details on what everything means without having to click into a question box. This saves tons of time. I use the performance and learning tools. This has helpful and useful material for a manager. Additionally, I reference the benefits offered consistently to my employees. UX is simple, the letters are big enough to see and the page works seamlessly. The performance is fast enough. I think it takes awhile now to access the trinet as you have to use an access code with each entry. It would be more helpful to only ask for the code once per day. Support has been good. Some time, it takes a bit of time for HR to get back to me with an issue or question but generally, it's not more than a week. I think it works well. It is absolutely worth the cost. Downsides are sick and vacation space. This does not allow for flexibility we have within my company. Sick days do not carry over, however, in trinet we show sick days carried over from the year prior. This makes calculating my days almost impossible. Additionally, as a manager, it's hard to tell who is out of office and when. The calendar is helpful to let you know someone is out but it gets a bit confusing with the number. It's a challenge to tell what my team's time off is as well. When you select manage employees the interface is slow and finds itself consistently loading.
