**What do you like best about trbo?**

Addresses all needs and use cases of ecommerce from personalization to recommendation, segmentation and AB testing with good analytics to discover opportunities to create additional value.

**What do you dislike about trbo?**

Requires practice to fully develop its full potential. With their support you can learn everyday to implement solutions.

**What do you like best about trbo?**

There are countless ways to use Trbo. It can hook into any part of the shop and deploy widgets. The customer support is super fast and finds a solution for every problem. Much faster and cheaper than agencies that make frontend adjustments for a lot of money, which then don't work properly.

**What do you dislike about trbo?**

A/B testing is sometimes a bit opaque, but with the help of the staff, it works too.

**What problems is trbo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have personalized various pages in the shop to address our customers even more specifically. From brand sliders for brand-affine customers, to product recommendations, to weather-dependent banners, we have only been able to use a fraction of the tool because it is so extensive.
