NO ONE has come close to Transnational. Their customer service is spectacular. They are always available 24/7 even when its after hours with US based service. They get back to us quickly in the rare event we need anything. Software is so easy to use & ALWAYS reliable. Other companies have tried to court us away but no one can touch the rates they give us. **What do you dislike about Celero?** Occasionally our reader disconnects from the app & we have to manually run the card then **What problems is Celero solving and how is that benefiting you?** If there is a glitch in the software, it is always fixed in less than 24 hours. You contact them anytime & they will problem solve with you right away ### 2. It makes it very easy to process all credit card payments very quickly. I also love that it saves the billing information of ones you have entered in the past, so if you have the same client always sending you credit card payments, you don't need to retype in their information every time. It also is very easy to run reports on the transactions you have made - this is great for tracking purposes. **What do you dislike about Celero?** I do not dislike much about TransNational. The only thing I would say that could be improved is, at times, it logs me out if I am inactive for more than a few minutes. Although, this is for security reasons and is very secure and beneficial. **Recommendations to others considering Celero:** I recommend taking advantage of the reports feature as it has helped me immensely in an accounting aspect. **What problems is Celero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems with running reports on transactions by using TransNational as it allows me to pull any report from any date or any transaction amount. It has very many details to choose from on how you want to pull a report. ### 3. They don't treat you like just another number like the big players might. **What do you dislike about Celero?** Not many have heard of them, which can cause some fear, but they are trustworthy and reliable. **Recommendations to others considering Celero:** Talk to them. Connect with them.
