**What do you like best about Total Office Manager?**

The billing and invoicing functions on this platform are excellen, activity tracking and very reliable customer database management solution. Payment collection ability is on top and quite easy system on first implementation and invenory management is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Total Office Manager?**

Never had any problem with the platform because the learning is simple and easy o configure the tool effectively.

**What problems is Total Office Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective projects contact databases management, easy to manage all sales operations and the actitivties easy monitoring and even the customer forms easy handling this platform is the best and the management of multiple projects orders with the system is amazing.

**What do you like best about Total Office Manager?**

The best thing is to be able to pull any data, like accounting and finance. In this program, everything is in one place, so there is no need to import or export to get your accounting to show up. It is very simple to learn and use.

**What do you dislike about Total Office Manager?**

There was an issue some days back for sending emails through the total office manager and outlook.

**What problems is Total Office Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

setting up time tracking to get billable reports, handling all project dispatching and scheduling requirements, and easy to export data into Excel for detail analysis.
