**What do you like best about tomHRM?**

There are some options, such as the applicant tracking system and performance management tools, I can pick while having no access to all the options that I do not need. This flexibility is a big plus compared to other solutions that offer packages that could be rigid for an organization.

**What do you dislike about tomHRM?**

A weakness that can be considered as a disadvantage is the absence of an integrated payroll system. This causes some kind of misunderstanding and adds an extra process in our human resource business processes.

**What problems is tomHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have experienced increased efficiency in our human resource management with the help of tomHRM. ATS are useful in the recruiting process, also, performance management tools assist in keeping track of employees’ progress.

**What do you like best about tomHRM?**

TomHRM allows me to select the particular modules which I require without any additional frills, which also helps to save money. I found the onboarding module useful for this reason as it enhanced onboarding of new employees.

**What do you dislike about tomHRM?**

The absence management report is only an overall list of days and does not allow for further categorization by employees or types of absence. This makes it very hard to spot certain patterns or potential for change.

**What problems is tomHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tomHRM has proven useful for our small HR department. With our own MSN Messenger – or MySpace as the young people like to call it – we can design and adapt the platform to suit us.

A single platform for managing all the employee related information this has the ability to generate detailed reports and analytics on various HR metrics and can help organizations make data driven decisions and identify trends

**What do you dislike about tomHRM?**

tomHRM systems can sometimes be complex requiring significant time and training for users to become proficient. This learning curve can be a hurdle for smarter organizations or those with limited resources

**What problems is tomHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated payroll processing :
Problem:Manaual payroll calculations are time consuming and prone to errors 
Solutions :Automation of payroll, including salary calculation, tax deduction and benefits management
Benefits :Increased accuracy in payroll processing, reduced risk of error and significant time saving
