There are some options, such as the applicant tracking system and performance management tools, I can pick while having no access to all the options that I do not need. A weakness that can be considered as a disadvantage is the absence of an integrated payroll system. TomHRM allows me to select the particular modules which I require without any additional frills, which also helps to save money. The absence management report is only an overall list of days and does not allow for further categorization by employees or types of absence.
