What do you like best about tomHRM?

There are some options, such as the applicant tracking system and performance management tools, I can pick while having no access to all the options that I do not need. This flexibility is a big plus compared to other solutions that offer packages that could be rigid for an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tomHRM?

A weakness that can be considered as a disadvantage is the absence of an integrated payroll system. This causes some kind of misunderstanding and adds an extra process in our human resource business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tomHRM?

TomHRM allows me to select the particular modules which I require without any additional frills, which also helps to save money. I found the onboarding module useful for this reason as it enhanced onboarding of new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
