Because the platform is so flexible, it can sometimes be easy to overcomplicate builds, making delivery more challenging. Additionally, since it’s a new and evolving product, updates and changes occasionally require us to revisit and adjust our solutions. Toca has absolutely everything you could dream of to create a solution to almost any business problem, ready and waiting to be used. You can reimagine your product through the lens of "why" rather than how. The pace of delivery is immense, allowing you to test features fast, deliver rapid value and bring smiles to the faces of your customers. The team are enormously supportive, highly- skilled and adaptive to feedback. It's extremely flexible to different environments and operates seamlessly with common application layer technology as well as infrastructure in a secure and maintainable manner. Flexibility is the first thing I would think when referring to Toca.io. The broad range of available functions, capabilities and activities is impressive. I've been building solutions for years (too many), from coding to product owning and delivery at scale in large enterprises globally. However, nothing I had seen until now allowed for such simple delivery of enterprise-level systems with relative ease. The ability to deliver a solution end to end in a couple of days exists... to my mind, for many, gone are the days when a business has to write code for their own operations... you can cutomise Toca.io to an extremely detailed level which I have found lacking with many other no/low code solutions! The initial learning curve is quite steep for a beginner. Still, with a specific mission/use case and a few hours, the core application logic becomes more apparent to you. Then it's a bit more about linking objects with variables in a friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm most impressed by Tocas ability to go from an idea to a deployed app with a suite of external system dependencies within hours, not days.

Most notably, I can go straight from a customer call - one where they say, "I was wondering about whether we could..." - to the Toca platform, plug into the relevant APIs, build a quick UI, and deploy it within hours of the call.

My ability to go back to the client and say, "Hey, not only was this possible - but here's a demo of the kind of thing we can do, and the speed at which we can do it" is wild. The challenge I find with low-code development environments is the hybrid model forced by the inherent nature of the mixed no/high code environment.

I'm building complex applications on the Toca platform, which means that I hit the ceiling of "no code' pretty early on - and found myself writing my own react UI and C# backend componentry.

I run an HR consultancy and wanted to add a new service for my clients on staff engagement. I contacted the Toca team and was surprised at how speedy and straightforward the process was. I'm no tech wizard but I didn't need to be, the team took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and came up with great solutions, answering all of my questions in layman's terms which was much appreciated. Toca provides a flexible, extensible and simple low code solution that can add value to anyone. In it's simplest form it is designed to solve actual business problems in a very easy way. The toca team take time to undestand the business needs, don't over sell (they dont need to as the product sells itself) and really work to help you create value in your own org. The speed that low code apps can be put together and released is stunning means you can get value very quickly and don't need to wait months to train people, integrate a platform which really builds momentum quickly. Developing an MVP with Toca's low-code platform has been a great experience. They're ability to take a high level design and quickly develop something tangible that you can see and use is great at getting solutions in place quickly. The Toca developers themselves are very accomodating, open to suggestions and changes, and efficient in their delivery of user stories. I like to work with suppliers that are accomodating, agile and want to help us pro-actively deliver a solution that meets our needs; aiding us through that journey if required. Toca meets that need. I have worked with supplier in the past that are resistant to any change & will only deliver what was defined up front, even if through development changes to requirements are identified. What I like most is the great support that Mat and his team offer. They go the extra mile and that makes a huge difference in wanting to work with Toca for me. Solid engineering and a good technology stack underpin the great customer service. Large suppliers are less interested in customers and more interested in margin or simply expanding without any form of collaboration, often with an inferior product. The Toca platform is slick and easy to use. It’s really quick to get started and the speed at which you can build and deploy apps and automations is impressive.

Toca gives you both RPA and direct API integration which means you can integrate with any system, no matter how old, which is perfect for businesses with lots of legacy tech.
