You can create an activity which does pretty much anything. As I come from a developer background with no experience with no-code/low-code platforms, I found it helpful to have the possibility to execute Python code as well. In addition, whenever I encountered a problem, the Toca team were helpful and quickly answered all my questions. **What do you dislike about Toca.io?** While working on a Timesheet app prototype, I found the Apps side of Toca not stable enough/lacking features. The Toca automation side was faultless. Having worked a few weeks with Toca, I feel video tutorials about advanced concepts would be helpful. **What problems is Toca.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Toca can help automate a lot of internal tasks. Toca's platform can speed up many processes without any significant coding background. ### 2. Toca Apps follows a similar vein. In 2 approximately 2 hour sessions the Toca consultants had whipped together an Apps project which is used everyday. **What do you dislike about Toca.io?** To get the most out of this tool a programming background is required. However, the low/no-code portion is equipped to do a lot, so much so, we are yet to use anything outside of low/no-code. **What problems is Toca.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Firstly, we use Toca's Automation to download files from web browsers, SFTPs and emails. Then Toca reformats the name of the downloaded files. After this Toca upload's the files into our shared storage space.
