Honestly there is not much I DON'T like about TINYpulse Engage. Two of the most compelling aspects of TINYpulse are: How easy it is to navigate and use, as an administrator and as an employee participant; and How TINYpulse is consistently improving upon their platform and tool to make the experience more robust, relevant, and user-friendly. The only thing I dislike is that we don't have the capacity organizationally to really leverage TINYpulse to its fullest. While it is easy to use, there are aspects and features within the system that take strategy and coordination (in other words - time! :)) to do really well. We're not there yet. TINYpulse is very easy to use. People seem to like giving each-other positive feedback and cheers through it. The regular, quick surveys are something I do appreciate, as well as being able to compare our results to industry baselines. It's nice that there is a possibility to add a gif-reaction to cheers, which gives an easy-going twist to it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rarely, some people would just vent anonymously and it is hard to take the next step in solving their issue if they decide to not cooperate. It's a rather rare occasion, and it's not necessarily a problem of the product itself, but it's something to have in mind. Still, it's much better to see that there is a problem and try to figure it out than not knowing about it at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the easy layout and the weekly Pulse cadence. Makes it fast and easy for employees to give ongoing feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were apparently a beta client for the baseline survey, which I was not aware of. There have been some flaws in the rollout including a change in rating systems which makes comparing progress difficult. Our customer service team did work with us to re-calculate original responses to the new scale but it took months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Anonymous suggestions. It give people confidence to suggest things they may normally not in a open forum.
The pulse survey is a close second. Again allows me to feel valued as a employee and engage with the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cheers feed can sometimes be a drag to search through. Would be useful to have a filter on certain person or from a certain person on my own cheers received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the suggested questions to ask, and that you can customize your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish all the features were available for the basic membership, but I understand about premium rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TinyPulse is very easy to utilize. It is interactive for users (employees) and as an administrator within the platform. It provides wonderful insight into the minds of our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it feels overwhelming because it is capable of so much. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but reminds me that I need to get more administrators engaged in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like that their are templates that we can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a dislike, but do wish there were quick help videos inside Tiny Pulse... When I took over TinyPulse for our firm, i had to learn a lot on my own, but it would have been nice to have a training (maybe TinyPulse does and I don't know about it). I have been a little frustrated because I don't feel like I utilize TinyPulse to the maximum for our firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Receiving anonymous staff insights around challenging issues is powerful. This, together with Cheers for Peers is a highly valuable way to celebrate the small and big wins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform isn't intuitive - some of the features are not well grouped and there are a lot of changes to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We like Tinypulse because you can give kudos to your teammates and see what's working well and what can be improved upon in management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface could be more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TINYpulse Suggestions have streamlined our internal communication, helped us build trust between employees and management and added accountability across the entire organization. Employees understand that they are accountable for voicing their ideas or concerns if they want to see change and management is accountable for taking action on the submissions. When a win is achieved, we see improvement in our SOPs and an increase in trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The "Pulse" interface within their app constantly defaults to pulses from when we first started using TINYpulse which is frustrating. I also wish it integrated with our RingCentral chat. Additionally, I wish users had the option to notify team members when a new suggestion was submitted or some sort of option to generate a weekly report to users with new suggestions so that they can weigh in on them. The tool makes it easy for employees to anonymously share ideas, give feedback and weigh-in on their personal level of engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hate to say "nothing" but everytime I do run into something and I reach out to the TinyPulse support team it is usually something they can tweak easily or it is already on their product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that I now have a safe and confidential way to share my opinions and thoughts with the leadership of our company. It is fast, easy and makes employees feel heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an administrator of Tiny Pulse, I don't like it when employees use it as a platform to tattle or degrade other employees. I think feedback should be constructive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its easy to use and manage the pulses and generate reports, including regular updates to keep it refreshed. Our employees like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More integration in "coach" module and visibility at the administrator level and manager's of the goals their direct reports are working on and as a team/department level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it allows us to reach out to teams to see what is working well and what is not. Providing the anonymity to give feedback and make improvements that help boost the morale around the office. We are able to be open with our supervisors and that has helped them to make changes around the office that make us feel heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Anonymous seems to be somewhat relative, when you are a small company it can be somewhat easy to figure out who is who and we had a lot of push back when we first introduced TinyPulse to our company. People were afraid to share exactly what they wanted to of fear of it being traced back to them. There is not a whole lot TP can do about people's personalities coming out in their comments, but it would be nice if there was another way to mix it up for those who don't believe u s when we say it is anonymous. Easy to use tool. Analytics and feedback from employee surveys. The GIFS are fun within Cheers for Peers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great to be able to submit "Cheers for Peers" via slack vs. having to log into the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've really enjoyed using the "Cheers" feature, being able to recognize others on the team for going above and beyond. I think a lot of people on the team enjoy this, both being able to give "shout outs", as well as receiving acknowledgment of having done something exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't often answer the weekly questions. If I feel that I can't say anything positive, then I won't answer. All responses are supposed to be anonymous but I've never completely trusted it, so I don't feel comfortable saying something negative and then having that attributed to me. (There isn't anything to have ever suggested that management knows who said what; it's just me being suspicious). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TINYpulse Engage allows us to see our employees' thoughts and feedback in real-time. With regular questions, we can see trends as they are happening, and can know what we're doing well and what we need to address on an ongoing basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the ongoing feedback from our employees is helpful to our organization, it can seem overwhelming to the employees at times to be constantly receiving questions. We've updated our question cadence to every two weeks to help address this concern from our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it goes company wide, everyone will get an email pertaining to the survey of the week or the day. it can be frustrating to have to take the time out of the day to complete this task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
its unfair to the unanonymous effect, its tied through email in our company. so what we think is not known, truly it is by the supervisors. so there isn't anything anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
