The 360 report is thorough and genuinely helpful, with clear details that make it easy to understand and use. The user interface is intuitive and doesn't require a detailed how-to walk-through.

I think they might want to put the drop down choices currently on the top right, on the left. It can be easy to miss and you need to choose from that to see where you are in the process.

Giving me an opportunity to hear from peers about my performance in an anonymous way. We also have removed official Performance Reviews, so this is the only written feedback I usually see. The report is thorough and helps me chart a path for career progression and areas I can grow in.

Honestly, I haven’t found anything major to dislike about ThriveSparrow so far, because the platform seems to balance ease of use, employee engagement, and performance management quite effectively, and even though there can always be a slight learning curve when exploring advanced analytics or configuring workflows for the first time, the overall experience appears smooth, modern, and well-designed enough that any minor challenges are outweighed by the value and functionality the platform provides.

ThriveSparrow is solving the common problem of disconnected employee feedback, low engagement visibility, and outdated performance management processes by bringing surveys, recognition, performance reviews, OKRs, and actionable analytics into one centralized platform. This benefits me by making it much easier to understand team sentiment in real time, identify areas that need improvement, and encourage continuous feedback instead of relying on infrequent annual reviews. It also saves time through automation and simplified workflows, while helping create a more transparent, collaborative, and motivated work environment where employees feel heard and valued.

Their Performance 360 review is excellent, with top-notch analysis, and the goals integration really takes it to the next level.

Performance 360 also makes it easy to gather useful feedback from colleagues, which improves visibility into the areas where you’re lacking and where you can grow.

In our organization, we use their kudos module as well. It feels genuinely rewarding, helps employees recognize their teammates, and supports a culture of helping one another.

All the features are good and must have for an HRA standpoint

Love how easy it is to award points to colleagues in real time.  Also the rewards are very easy to choose.  As the administrator for this platform I find all areas easy to navigate.

I do not have any dislikes at this time.  After using the program for nearly two years everything is working well

ThriveSparrow is making it easier for my boss and I to have 1:1s! Previously, our goals were in seperate documents, hard to track, we weren't taking notes, etc. This is going to make it way easier to have everything together.

It’s easy to use. Since my company uses Google, the calendar integration and login setup are straightforward. It’s also fast. My company handles the pricing and chose to pay for the tool, which tells me it’s worth the money. Onboarding was quick and intuitive, and the AI integrations are a nice touch.

Nothing so far, I like the tool. But I will keep track of things that can be enhanced.

What I like best about ThriveSparrow is its simplicity and focus on actionable insights. The platform makes it incredibly easy to run pulse surveys, gather real-time feedback, and visualize engagement trends across teams.
The dashboards are clean and intuitive, helping us quickly identify what’s working and where improvements are needed. I also appreciate how responsive and supportive their customer success team is — they truly listen to user feedback and keep improving the product.

There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that a few advanced customization options for survey design and analytics filters could be improved.
At times, we wished for more flexibility in creating entirely custom question flows or deeper data segmentation. However, the team at ThriveSparrow is very receptive to feedback, and we’ve already seen them implement several of our suggestions in recent updates — which shows they’re continuously improving.

Thrivesparrow has a neat and simple UI which is easy for both of my HR teams where they can easily access without being trained. the feedback and surveys are easy to track and it helps us to customize the surveys which helps us with the feedback for our company challenges. the dashboards are clearly highlighted. it has a smooth integration with HR tools and platforms like Slack and microsoft Teams. it Improves employee engagement and confidence by encouraging open feedback. it provides decision making with detailed reports. it's quick and easy compared to other softwares.

**What do you dislike about ThriveSparrow?**

advanced customization are limited while basic surveys are easy,broad customization  can feels restricted. dashboards are clean, but sometimes it lacks for advanced analysis. it hasa rare lag issues when feedback is massive. limited offline access. best suited for mid sized teams. mobile experience is not that great than using in the desktop.

it helps us to identify the engagement gaps and it improves employee confidence. it has regular time to time Feedback which simplifies continuous employee feedback through surveys and 360 degree reviews. it does provide clear analysis on team satisfaction and trends for better decision making. it is gained performance exchange which encourages regular checks, making the performance management more clear and combined.

What I really appreciate about ThriveSparrow is how effortlessly it helps bring employee engagement to life. The pulse surveys are quick yet insightful, and the analytics make it easy to understand how teams are feeling without getting lost in data. I love how the platform encourages real-time recognition and feedback — it genuinely helps build a culture of appreciation and open communication.

The only thing I wish was a bit better is the flexibility in customizing reports and survey templates. Sometimes I’d like to tailor them a little more to our internal needs. Also, smoother integration with other HR tools would make it even more powerful. But overall, it’s been a great experience using ThriveSparrow.

ThriveSparrow has helped bridge the gap between feedback and action within our organization. Earlier, capturing employee sentiment and engagement levels felt time-consuming and scattered across multiple tools. With ThriveSparrow, everything — from pulse surveys to performance feedback — is streamlined in one place.

It’s made it much easier to understand how teams are feeling, identify engagement patterns, and take timely action. The continuous feedback and recognition features have also strengthened team morale and made people feel genuinely heard and appreciated. Overall, it’s helping us build a more transparent, feedback-driven culture.

**What do you like best about ThriveSparrow?**

Great product for measuring the employee experience and professional development. The variety of survey tools is great from employee engagement thru 360 Leadership Surveys. It was easy to use and easy to implement. The customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend ThriveSparrow.

So far I haven't found anything I dislike about ThriveSparrow. It has exceeded my expectations and met my current needs.

I am a business consultat and I have used ThriveSparrow to provide 360 Leadersip surveys for a client. I will continue using the product with other clients and hope to be able to use more of the features already on the platform as well as the new ones that are in development.

The support team starting from the initial call till implementation was phenomenal in terms of response, considering accessibility requests, doubt clearing etc. Kudos to the entire team

To have a save option in the survey as people are facing difficulties if the survey is not complete and power cuts or they had to leave the survey in between.

Would love to see Thrivesparrow develops an HRMS system.

Accessibility needs and as we are having PwD (person with Disability) and most of them are visually impaired, it helped them to use the platform with ease
