advanced customization are limited while basic surveys are easy,broad customization can feels restricted. dashboards are clean, but sometimes it lacks for advanced analysis. it hasa rare lag issues when feedback is massive. limited offline access. best suited for mid sized teams. mobile experience is not that great than using in the desktop. To have a save option in the survey as people are facing difficulties if the survey is not complete and power cuts or they had to leave the survey in between.
