Additionally, colleagues who were involved in the initial setup found it super easy, evolving with the product and focusing on best practices rather than just how it works. It allows us to move the 'theory' side of training online, making more time for practical, in-person training, and it's great for managing compliance training like GDPR and Cybersecurity, with useful audit reports. **What do you dislike about Thinqi?** I would like to see stronger authoring tools in the platform - modules can start to feel samey especially in long courses. It's hard to do variety beyond certain set ups. She's not just a support person but feels like part of our team, always available and providing impressive expertise. The initial setup was very easy, with Thinqi handling IT complexities, and Lauren delivered great training to our team. I like that it also integrates well with other tools, like our link to the HRIS.
