Thinqi has a great integrated approach to Learning and Talent Management. The ability to recommend learning from career pathways and evaluations makes life easier for the learning team and end users. What I value most is their commitment to making our vision a reality. They are consistently responsive and they show a genuine willingness to listen and adapt. The main challenge we expreinced was an initial translation of shared understanding into working features. Occassionaly project documents arrive without sufficient context so we spend time working through this togther.
