I've never had to research how to use it. Never gone to a help page or looked up a FAQ. It just works, and at the end of the day that what I want the most: do what it's designed to do. I use this on a daily basis and it hasn't let me down. I also like that the original implementation went well because a TestBox employee walked our team through it and made himself available for further assistance. - The product does EXACTLY what the sales team said it was going to do (which is so refreshing as a first time buyer). It genuinely makes our demo story better, and makes it so easy for our reps to run trials with prospective customers.

I like that testbox makes it easy for users to access demo sites from any location while eliminating the need for complex user management and bespoke demo account creation.
