**What do you like best about TestBox?**

TestBox is unique, as far as I can tell, in its ability to bring the entire software evaluation process into a single platform. You select who you want to evaluate and TestBox creates all the prepopulated sandboxes you and your team need, and provides a detailed tour through those platforms to understand what exactly you're looking at. It also offers the ability to have multiple people on your team take their own notes about what they like and don't like, and collate that into a final report with all the information you'd need.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

TestBox currently only supports a relatively small number of platforms, so its utility is limited if not every platform you're interested in evaluating is available today. I'm sure this will change with time as they expand and form new partnerships.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evaluating customer support platforms and making side-by-side comparisons of their features to better understand the marketplace and what's available today.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

In my decade working in customer support, I've only evaluated new help desk products a handful of times—solutions tend to be pretty sticky once you pick them. However, vendors are improving their products all the time, and it's hard to keep up with the latest and greatest features.

TestBox takes the hassle out of coming up to speed with the latest features from multiple products. Rather than just selecting the last vendor I used at my previous company, I can instantly access multiple vendors' products at once and compare features side by side. Having evaluated each product quickly, I can move forward with a vendor selection decision with confidence.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

There are always going to be aspects of a help desk solution that are going to be unique to my business's needs. While TestBox helps speed up the process tremendously, I expect I may keep an external scorecard before making a final decision.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox helps me to evaluate multiple help desk solutions quickly without the hassle of setting up a sandbox account for each product.

Simple and efficient interface - in and out, easy testing, save the info I need to, boom move on.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Still small - can't wait for it to get big!

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Old problem - want to try new software, have to go through a bunch of meetings and download a bunch of junk if it's even available, maybe I don't want it and now I'm still dealing with all sorts of annoying follow up

Now - I can test directly in TB interface, the functionality is designed not just for that one software but rather to compare across softwares. Easy decision, no time.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

Being guided by a structured process for evaluating software tools is an exciting idea and saves me a tonne of time. I also liked the pre-population of data which allows me and my team to more clearly understand the varying workflows of the software, not just the features.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Needs more vendors but I'm sure that will come with time!

Creating a standardised process for evaluation software tools.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

Love the idea of testing SW before having to speak with sales reps.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Add new SW product lines like ERP, WMS, HRIS/Payroll, ECO/Lifecycle management etc.  Seems like a logical start though to begin with customer service ticketing.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoid getting non-stop marketing pings from SW sales teams while getting to see a self-directed demo.

It's really nice to be able to try out the products and compare side by side.  The note-taking/prioritization functionality is helpful, especially to streamline seeking input and decision-making across large teams.

vendor list is a bit limited, may not have vendor I am considering

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

software testing and buying is such a mess especially for large enterprise contracts.  testbox makes it much easier to see the software you might buy, actually leave feedback in a place your team can see it + add to it, and it has actual substantive content to play around with

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

waiting for them to have more partners.  look forward to recommending to a large swath of clients who will want more types of tools than they currently support
