**What do you like best about TestBox?**

I really love how Testbox has prebuilt environments for prospects to be able to navigate and test out. Testbox takes away the confusion and gives the prospect a true idea of what it's really like to work inside the Zendesk workspace. A main request from prospects is how they can get test tickets without having to do the heavy lift themselves. I personally have seen a higher success rate when prospects are able to trial Zendesk through TestBox!

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Nothing comes to mind. Allowing integratios of AI, Tymeshift, and Klaus would be very helpful as that is a high demand from customers and prospects in 2024.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers are able to see what it would look like to use Zendesk fully setup. Really takes away the confusion of having to prebuild their own trial. Makes the test drive much more successful.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

TestBox is extremely easy to use and adminster. It has made such a big difference in our sales process and has given teams an easy way to trial our platform. This was previously a big undertaking for our team to do trials and now we are able to do them in the snap of a finger. I also love being able to see the insights in the trial and how often our prospective customers are logging in.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Not much to dislike. We've had a few feature requests and the TestBox team is super responsive and delivers on our asks quickly! They are the best team to work with.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox enables our prospective customers to easily trial our platform and provide value throughout the sales process. It allows teams to get a feel for our platform without a huge administrative lift.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

TestBox makes it easy for your prospects to experience your product's look and feel without having to do any of the onboarding/implementation! We love working with the TestBox team, they are very quick to resolve any issues that pop up, and if we need anything added to the Sandbox environment they are always very quick and responsive in terms of communicating updates.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

- Few Admin features
- Downtime/outages sometimes affect performance

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox is giving us the ability to put our product in the hands of our prospects without any of the required onboarding/integration calls. It's like giving our prospects access to a perfectly built out environment that they can edit to their liking.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

I cannot stress enough how Testbox has transformed the way our Sales reps demo our product. When we first introduced Testbox to the team, everyone was thrilled to have a platform that could truly showcase the value of CallRail. The product is extremely user-friendly, and the Testbox team is always prompt in responding to any queries we have. I cannot imagine a future where Testbox is not a part of our Sales team day to day process!

Their Ease of Use By Far! Their customer service is super punctual and even though their a demo creating platform, their peer to peer support is incredible. Loved working with this Team to create a Seamless Test Box Demo site for our platform!

To be honest, I didn't run into any issues with this platform or people building it. They've got an incredible team to support them and make sure they are on the ball.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

The platform itself is very useful in enabling me and my teammates to provide a trial experiance that was previously not an option for our prospective customers. On top of that, the customer experience and support has been outstanding! They were even willing to join a call with one of my prospects to help us troubleshoot issues with accessing, which we determined was purely due to an IT security firewall in place (nothing to do with TestBox).

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

The only improvement I would recommend is ensuring the load times remain the same, or improve, as the company continues to improve the overall experience (granted, I am sure our test environment has a lot of data in it, therefore it could very well be a self-inflicted issue).

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox allows us to provide our prospective customers with a Trial/Testing environment using one of our demo environments, which we historically was not available in our sales process!

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

TestBox gives you a much better trial experience with data and most of the initial setup already in place. Testbox also allows users to test out specific use cases that provide much better insight. The experience also points out certain areas of the UI to help users understand how they can fully take advantage of Zendesk and other products.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I wish there was a way Testbox can have a prebuilt integration into other platforms like slack and salesforce.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing potential customers of Zendesk to fully experience was a built out version of Zendesk looks like and provides better understanding of the many uses cases it can meet.

I like how it acts as a interactive test account environement. I also like how I can manipulate and use the space to demostrate specific functionalities without messing with a customer's actual account

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I dislike how sometimes it doesn't have updated keyword data for my demonstrations. There is a lack of set up "integrations" to demostrate with. This limits my ability to show real world examples of our integrations.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

TestBox has been a massive value-add for our SE team.  They've enabled us to provide prospects with beautiful sandbox environments to allow them to quickly get their hands on the product and tangibly feel the value.  Their walkthroughs and guides make it easy for prospects to have a valuable experience testing Catalyst.

They've saved us countless hours we would've otherwise had to spend manually building replica instances.

They've also been an exceptional partner in terms of listening to our feedback, being extremely timely with requests, etc.  Phenomenal team!

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I wish there were more admin capabilities.  We initially had some slowness concerns, but realized this was mainly due to technical limitations on our end which we recently fixed!

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us automate and scale our POC motion.

It comes with prebuilt workflows and dummy data included to make the trial experience much more realistic. This makes it easier for the buyer to determine whether or not the solution is a good fit for them and ultimately speeds up the sales process.

There isn't anything that I particularly dislike about TestBox.

It's helping by giving our prospects and customers a demo environment with prebuilt workflows and processes. The dummy data that's included also makes it easier to understand how our solution works. This is a much better experience compared to a blank slate as it helps the buyer understand the product better. Ultimately, this speeds up the sales process and makes both the buyer and seller's job easier.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

For people the enjoy evaluating software using a trial, TestBox lets you jump right to the step of testing vs having to start off by loading in data into the product to test with. Because you can have trials multiple competing software solutions at the same time within Testbox, it is easy to compare features and user experiences and make a purchasing decision.

For salespeople, Testbox allows you to provide pre-populated trial environments rather than standard trials with no data (solving the same problem as trial signups). Testbox also provides a customizable environment to demo from (and an elegant next step of "granting the evaluator access to the same demo environment they just saw in their demo),

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

It can take some work for a sales organization to initially get your software up and running on Testbox (build out the prepopulated environment) but the Testbox team does this work (you just provide feedback on what changes you'd like to see) and once this is done there is minimal maintenance.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our trial signups to get right into a prepopulated trial environment. It also lets me (as a salesperson) customize the demo environment I run demos in.

Testbox makes it really easy to test out Zendesk features without building things out - letting customers and prospects really get a good idea of what features will be like without having to spend hours getting things setup.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I wish there were more of the integrations available. Right now there are only certain integrations that you can test. It would also be great to have it set up for specific industries or teams.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping my customers and prospects test Zendesk before they purchase. This really gives them a good idea of what the benefits of the product are and makes their evaluation go a lot faster.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

It's fantastic to compare products side by side in a single pane of glass, with dummy data prefilled and specific features highlighted and pre-built. You gain the value of a sandbox environment without the effort to sandbox and build out the content or specific test cases.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

I can't really think of anything. More as a suggestion than a dislike, it would be helpful to have a feature matrix - a guide that would allow you to check various boxes as you compare products, review the specifics and come to a conclusion. That's a suggestion, though, not a dislike. :)

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to kick the tires on various products without having to chat with a sales rep is fantastic - I'd venture a guess that I saved 10-20 hours by using TestBox in contrast to when I've performed this same process in the past but interacted with each company individually.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

The people at Testbox are extremely easy to work with, and we consider them an additional "arm" of our sales team.  They meet with us monthly to ensure we are enabled on the product and get on sales calls with our prospects to help us close deals.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Very rarely is Testbox not applicable to the sales process. However, there are rare cases where the prospect wants to build out their own trial instance to see how long it will take and what resources are needed.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our customers spin up a trial instance before purchasing, which takes time and resources. Many spin up a trial but do not take the time to build it out, which hurts our competitive advantage and ultimately groups us in a bucket with lesser competitors. Testbox makes the trial process easy by providing a fully mature environment for our prospects, which makes our competitive advantage obvious and allows the opportunity to collaborate within that environment.  Testbox allows the sales rep to access all of the analytics on the prospect's interaction within the trial, like how many people are active and how much time they spend. Even in cases where we lose the business, we lose faster, allowing us to get to the next prospect!

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

We were faced with the challenge to implement a new helpdesk solution for our e-commerce business. Before finding TestBox, it was a time-consuming, meeting and sales presentation filled matter, with very slow progress. Once we tried TestBox, we were able to access and try out many of the state-of-the-art helpdesk tools out there, no strings attached. An absolute eye-opener for us. We'll definitely use TestBox again in future.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Very few times, TestBox seem to lock-up while trying dixa. Nothing critical and reloading fixed the issue always. Apart from that it was smooth sailing always.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox tackles the problem of condensing a very diverse and populated B2B tool landscape into one solution, so that the user can try different tools side-by-side and compare, without needing to have time consuming sales and trial-set-up calls beforehand.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

Testbox has drastically reduced customer effort when trialing our product, ultimately accelerating our deal cycles. It's also a great way to track engagement level across multiple participants, data we wouldn't have otherwise.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Any work a customer has done during the trial period, is not maintained when they ultimately convert into customers. Not a significant deal breaker, we simply set those expectations up front. Just would be nice for the customer to decide to keep their work or start fresh.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a pre-configured playground environment for customers to use to get comfortable in our product. Less around demo automation, but it was the only selection available :)

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

Testbox has helped our clients understand our product by skipping any setup or learning curves involved in any typical implementation. Clients can test and learn the product in an easy, preconfigured way, allowing them to make better and more intelligent business decisions promptly.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

It's hard to say, as it helps us speed up our deal cycle time. The hardest part is getting the client to commit to utilizing and learning our product using Zendesk, which is not a reflection of TestBox, but rather a client not having the time or prioritizing.

TestBox decreases the deal cycle length. Clients can get a feel of our product faster and easier. Before trialing our product, they can test any implementations or customizations they need inside of TestBox.

The product makes sense. Having pre-populated data for customers to use when trialing is super helpful. Moreover, the product clickthrough tours make for a more seamless trialing experience.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Can sometimes be slow when loading pages. Cannot test Twitter integration.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers usually start a trial account which would be a blank slate. They will need to create their own dummy data to test functionality within the product. Testbox simplifies this by creating a pre-built environmnet which includes all the components they would want to test. This allows the end user to focus on testing as opposed to building from the start.

TestBox allows buyers to get hands-on in a live environment on their own time or to supplement customized demos from the vendor. It's also extremely easy to compare competitive products. For vendors, there is no better way to engage buyers and support value-driven conversations than providing access to TestBox.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

Nothing major at this stage. However, TestBox does not replace meaningful conversations with your sales rep about business goals. TestBox does not always have the most recent feature updates.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buyers want to get hands-on with products. In 2023, a software purchase is typically a major investment for the business and making the wrong decision has heavy consequences for buyers. Facilitating a pilot or POC is typically very time intensive.

**What do you like best about TestBox?**

I enjoyed that I could explore the product at my own pace and that it looked and behaved like the actual product I was evaluating, not a mockup or a "happy path" version. TestBox has helpful guides and suggestions, but it did not restrict me to only evaluating the features in the guides. I was able to view the product as an admin as well as a user with fewer permissions, and that was helpful to see how the product would behave for different audiences.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

One of the critical parts for us to evaluate was the product's integration abilities and API layers. Since the product environment we were evaluating was within TestBox, our ability to fully evaluate those components was limited.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestBox gave me an easy way to test drive a (3rd party) product that my organization was considering purchasing. It hosted the sandbox environment and provided helpful quides to make sure we tested specific features.

- Having the ability to compare different solutions side-by-side has been extremely informative and helpful in evaluating software. 
- TestBox's leadership and customer service/support have been impeccable and they're always there for you if need you assistance...not to mention quickly!
- Always innovating and updating the system to offer better trial environments for customers and partners.

Nothing that I can think of! It's being great working with TestBox and it really helps the evaluation process.

- Enabling my customers to be able to compare and contrast side-by-side the solutions they want and need to improve their business operations. 
- TestBox is extremely responsive and dedicated to its partners/products. This shows in the results as it's driven more deals forward as we dive deeper into a competitive and uncertain economic climate. 
- Offering more transparency and trial options for my customers has been tremendous in developing further trust and credibility with them, while also empowering them to make confident and informed decisions with their new software.

I like that TestBox removes complexity from software evaluation while saving time & money. I love that I don't have to rely on a salesperson to get me access to an environment to test. I also feel really equipped on TestBox because key use cases are already mapped out. This means that I don't have to sit through meetings with my business partners to get their use cases, and then synthesize/organize everything for testing, and then coordinate with sales people to start testing. I also really like that TestBox makes it easy to collaborate with others through the evaluation process to make sure we're choosing the right product. Changing software down the line is incredibly costly, and choosing the wrong one and sticking with it might be even worse. Evaluating software through TestBox gives us confidence that we're choosing the best one for our needs.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

That there aren't more use cases! Outside of TestBox, we're evaluating supply chain software now. I'm tired of sitting on hour-long calls for sales reps to get my requirements, especially when I know that I'll have to repeat them later.

Honestly, give it a try. You'll find it much easier than working with salespeople directly. A lot of the work is already done for you. You'll save time, money, and energy.

TestBox is a great new solution to help you figure out what it's like to demo a software without having to go through the hassle of contacting sales, setting up the demo, having that awkward interaction when you're really just trying to figure out what it's like to drive the tool/platform first. Plus, it comes pre-populated which is actually better than a sandbox or free trial since most of those instances do not have any data in them and it's hard to see the power of the tool at its fullest capacity. They do connect you with the vendor when you're ready, so that makes for a more smooth handoff when in fact you are ready to buy.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

At the moment, the number of softwares you can demo is obviously limited and I imagine they won't cater to every single SaaS solution under the sun. That being said, I know their team is open to feedback and insights so if you do stumble upon something that seems like an opportunity or roadblock, they are sure to respond.

I would highly recommend you give TestBox a try before you reach out to the enterprise sales teams. It lets you make an informed choice as you are able to try out each software for your specific use case!

Do pay attention to the onboarding guide for each software, as different vendors call the same feature by different names. However, TestBox makes it consistent for easy comparison.

**What problems is TestBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can instantly compare how one SaaS application works against another for the same feature set and can write notes. This helps you try out all the available software in the market for your problem and come up with a proved solution to meet your needs.

It pre-populated instances so that it is easy to see how the software would perform in real-life scenarios. I love the little onboarding guides that familiarize the software features across multiple vendors.

I was able to compare different customer service solutions like - Zen desk, Fresh desk, hub spot, help scout, etc. from a single location and see what sets each software apart.

I am glad to see that we are finally moving to an era where customer led software exploration is the norm.

I can't wait to see what new software Test Box keeps coming up with, but it is already very useful given its current repertoire!

Frankly, this tool makes so much sense that I can't believe it didn't already exist. Testbox is a platform that allows my team to try enterprise software during our buying process without the weeks (or sometimes months) of sales calls it takes to get set up with a demo. We have been able to test different customer support platforms side by side in the browser, using real data. And it all takes place in a sandbox-style environment in the browser. 

It has the potential to cut our discussion making time down from months to weeks. It's crazy.

**What do you dislike about TestBox?**

It will be exciting to see them break into more software verticles. They currently only have customer support software (Hubspot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.), but it looks like there's already more on the way.

We have been looking into new customer support software and the sales process to make a decision is unbelievable long. The number of resources we have to allocate just to understand how each option will work is huge.
